The room was very comfortable and bathroom amenities were excellent. There were several available parking spots in the carpark so I was able to choose one close to the entrance of the hotel. The location of the hotel was a little further away from the area in the city that I wanted to visit but the light rail made it easy to get to my destination. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent.

The pillows on the bed were all too high. it's nice to have a choice of a thinner pillow.

Great location, clean and comfortable bedding. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

We booked 1 room but it was an interconnecting room as there was a door (which obviously was locked and we didn’t noticed it at first) but after 8pm we could clearly hear the ladies next door having a great time talking, laughing, drinking away (which they are entitled too as well) but it went on for hours, we were able to get some sleep but the walls felt paper thin but the noise travelled mainly through that door. If we’d known at checkin we were in interconnecting and the noise was going to travel that much (as it didn’t start until after 8pm which we were settled in our room by then, I would have kindly requested to be moved).

The pizza night was terrible the pizza was only just cooked the bottom of it was still white.. Just a melted mess on top.. Happy hour the bar staff tryed over charging me twice for drinks and then again for drinks and garlic bread it was an over charge of $10 ea time..I corrected her ea time on this error But shouldn't have to how many others were Got!!

Not cooked properly. Very long wait ea time for on tray an then the under cooked pizza. An the restaurant wasn't busy.

Friendly staff and they accommodated our needs. Loved the breakfast buffet, location was great, house keeping was fantastic, they kindly put our kids stuff toys in the bed with it made, which made it extra special for the kids to walk in to.

If I had to be picky the only thing that wasn't great was that there was hair in the bath tub, but with a quick rinse it was all gone. Overall everything else was great.

The room was very clean it has a shower small bath.. plenty of tea and ☕️

I thought breakfast was included We had toast cereal coffee cost 22 per person

Location was central. Loved veing able to walk to the eating places and marketplace shopping centre for convenience. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel rooms are looking little weary..

Beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size, although the bathroom was in need of an update but it served its purpose. Good location being quite central to everything so easy to walk or short Uber drive.

Some road and pedestrian noise from King Street but nothing too bad. They could have done with some more staff in the evening as we had to wait a while to get a drink in the bar area as they only had 2 staff members to attend to the restaurant and the bar.

Just an overnight stay for us and the room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable

Prescription staff were great, how we had a terrible experience in getting a coffee made from the cafe in the morning. Male ‘team leader Simon’ was rude, and reluctant to serve us as he was ‘meant to be checking in breakfast guests’. He got our coffee order wrong and it was like warm. We were made to feel like we were just making his morning more stressful. We had been told by the reception staff that getting a coffee that morning would be no problem….apparent or was a big problem for this staff member

The room was huge and clean, bed was massive, it felt very clean and safe. The bathroom had a bath. Staff had made my bed up on the second day. Reception staff were so lovely, accommodating and patient and that really helped when I’d had a bad week up to that point. Will definitely book again and try the buffet breakfast!

The room was right next to the lifts and I could hear them rolling open and closed every single time. It was hard to stay asleep due to the noise.

The room was very convenient to lots of things in the CBD making it easy to walk around. It was clean and comfortable and larger than what we thought looking at it on line

There was limited parking so we were not able to get a secure spot and had to park across the street under a shopping center. This wouldn’t be an issue but we arrived after a long day of driving and the center is closed from 10pm on once we parked the car we were basically only able to walk around trying to find late night food.
