We stayed at this motel for a weekend getaway, and honestly, the location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of everything—whether we wanted to explore the city or head to a quieter neighborhood, we were just steps away from a bus stop and a light rail station. Getting around was a breeze! The room itself was clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful with transit tips, and check-in was quick and easy. If you're looking for a budget-friendly spot with unbeatable access to public transportation, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely stay again next time we're in town!

The area around the motel grew quite dark as the sun dipped below the horizon around 5:30 p.m.

Location was great although it's on-street parking which can be tough to come by. I love how secure it felt, despite not seeing a single staff member in the week 5 days I was there. The room has everything you need to be comfortable including fridge, microwave, air conditioning and a good shower (hot water and decent water pressure= heaven!).

It was dirty. The carpets are stained, as was the window blind and everything just seemed a little grimey. There were wine glasses in the cupbpard, but one still had fingerprints and lipstick stains from the last occupant- as in, there didn't even seem an attempt to clean it before it was put back in the cupboard, and there was rubbish from previous occupant in bathroom cabinet. It was markedly cheaper than similar apartments in the City, so I was not surprised, and probably would stay here again if I needed to, but it could do with a freshen up.

Close to light rail. Fridge was a good size.Felt safe and secure in the room. Also accommodation was close to Civic Theatre which was just one stop on light rail.

There appeared to be old blood stains on the carpet in front of fridge and also a few centimetres left of the fridge.

Easy walking from light rail. Feeling of safety once behind room door. Wonderful having ensuite bathroom.

Easy to get in front door with given code but finding room was confusing. Lift wouldn’t work going up when I arrived but did work going down the next day. 2nd and 3rd instructions once in the front door are very confusing. On lift 1st floor is actually street level. 2nd floor in lift is 1st floor which is accommodation. Not very well explained In instructions forwarded to mobile number. Not a good place for people who are not mobile phone savvy especially elderly.

Good location. Great to have a fridge and microwave. Good phone / email service when l had a problem eg the door code.

The floors creaked, the shower leaked, the cutlery needed a good clean, there were no bowls. There was no bag storage to use before the room was available at 2pm

Very confusing vague instructions to access property.. Need to give clearer instructions. We had no idea which floor we were staying on. After much confusion, we decided to press lift button to see what would happen. We were taken to 1st floor Thanks , obviously pre p rogramned. Confusing information to get into room, but we eventually succeeded.

Great location! Walk to all the Newy favs. Super clean. The room was actually big and our bed was comfy. Value for $.

Took us 45 mins to find parking - metered on street only. Loved the self check in, but our code did not work. However, the contact number answered quickly, tested a new code with us, stayed on the line to make sure our room code worked - so 100% happy with their service to fix the issue.

The location and price were very good. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable, far beyond what I was expecting. Will definitely be back :-)

Finding a carpark was the only down side, however, that was a small inconvenience and generally what happens when you stay in the middle of a city.

this property is very good value for money it close to everything central close to the light rail for convenience when doing public transport, very clean great amenities within the complex and private room and modern facilities for your own entry at any time, I loved it

the view is basic but so what everything else tickles the boxes haha

Good value. Great location. Entrance & shared kitchen & lounge facilities on the ground floor were great. Clean room which waz a decent size.

The shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor & didn't drain away. Height of shower was too short for my 190cm height.
