Honestly everything, from the first phone call about check in time to the last conversation soon check out everything was amazing . We were able to check in early which was phenomenal as we had been up and travelling since 3am that morning. The room was beautiful the whole room was modern but comfortable and functional (especially loved the convenience of all the light switches next to the bed) . We woke up Saturday morning and headed up to the included breakfast and to say we were blown away is an understatement. The variety of breakfast options and all food we had was 10/10 . The service was amazing friendly and warm no question was ever too much (and we had a lot 😂) .thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen .

Breakfast was lovely and the view from the restaurant fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Good variety of fruit, drinks etc and excellent choice of options on the menu to order for main meal.
The winter dinner in the Dome fell well short of expectations. While the Dome itself is a lovely spot the food was not great and definitely not worth $130. So disappointing as the rest of our stay was fantastic. The staff serving us in the Dome were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile. Just a shame they were let down by the food - very ordinary and not up to standard with the rest of the hotel. Dinner at the bar inside looked much better than what we were served, although the bar ran out of chardonnay!

Great location, great comfy bed and linen, moisturizer was lovely Duty Manager Josh was really lovely and super helpful and turned our disappointing stay to a great stay! Amazing what customer service can do!!
Duty manager Jade can not manage anything! We arrived from Sydney..2.5 hr drive. Waited an hour until we could check in. TV didn’t work..she couldn’t do anything! Couldn’t move us, couldn’t offer any compensation. We wanted to move to another hotel but we had booked through booking.com so it was complicated and she didn’t really give a brass razoo! Thank goodness for Josh 🙏

What I did not like was that there was no extractor fan in the room Toilet- bad omission. There were also a few things which appeared to be a little Woke (maybe it was lighthearted fun) i.e. the reason that cash was not accepted on the sign at the desk, reference to staff as collaborators and room designers and a few others
I loved the location, the view, the shower, the room comfort and the car valet service. The staff were friendly, but I think just a little inexperienced for a hotel of this class. Check in was ok, but no one offered to help us with Luggage. Their knowledge of the area and the restaurants, for example, was very limited. One of the check in staff, while very pleasant, could not help us with basically anything outside of the hotel as he was only there a week. As the first person we met at the hotel this was poor- but not his fault

Love the Crystalbrook hotel brand and the Kingsley doesn’t disappoint. Beautifully appointed, modern, comfortable and luxurious. The top level bar and restaurant are beautiful with great views, Spicer cocktail was a delight. Good breakfast buffet. We had dinner at Light Years, which was incredible and only a short walk from the hotel.
My booking said slippers were an inclusion however there were no slippers in the room, on check out I asked about this and apparently they are by request only. The room is a little tight due to the shape of the building but adds to the quirk. Check the irons heat settings, I melted my shirt.

The hotel is stunning, with beautiful decor and a charming ambiance that immediately catches your eye. The location is excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the overall design. The housekeeping team went above and beyond when they found and returned my forgotten jewelry, and I was grateful for the hotel's help in sending it back to me. The facilities were clean, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere overall. I also enjoyed the comfortable amenities and the fact that the hotel felt modern and well-maintained.
Additionally, while the staff were polite, I felt the overall energy could have been a bit more engaging, as it would have made the experience feel even more welcoming. I was also charged for minibar sparkling water that I didn’t take, but fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge and receive a refund.

Great concept. Lovely space, great location
Space was lovely but over furnished, had couch and side table along with table and chair all stuffed in the corner made it impossible to use. Too much furniture for space .The beautiful floor rug was badly stained. We received a price on booking for the 3 nights of our stay only to find out after our stay when our invoice was emailed to us that the first 2 nights were $208 & $225 which was fine but the third night which was a Wed was $378 more than $150 increase on the previous night if we had been told this before booking we would not have stayed.

Room styling? Shower it amazing, Bed is super comfy
The parking there's no parking and cost $50 to park your car makes the price of your stay very expensive and we waited 35mins for someone to bring our car out this morning

The furnishings & the extra personal touches in the rooms like water bottles, locally made chocolate & the robes.
Our pre booked reservation at the rooftop bar was given away to someone else. They said we had arrived & already seated us! Obviously someone made a mistake or someone had exactly the same name?! We were then seated in the back of the lounge area which is the total opposite of my booking to have window seats (booking made weeks prior to visit) we complained & only then they tried to fix the situation but had to wait for a table to clear for us to move to the window seats! Fortunately our dinner reservation in the restaurant next door made up for it & gave us a wonderful table with stunning views & our waitress surprised us with complimentary Champagne for our Wedding Anniversary! Our waitress was very professional & the best service!

The location of the property was great! Easy access to most things including the light rail.
The property does not accept cash even though it is a form of currency due to the 200 odd germs found on a bank note as a sign stated at the front desk. This was most disappointing from the company as keeping cash flowing in Australia is important to ensure we can still use physical money otherwise it won’t be available. Due to not taking cash the company puts in a transaction fee for using your card, so instead of paying $512 at the desk it comes up to $517 and then you also pay a security withholding fee of $100 which has a surcharge on that for using your card again.
