I loved my stay here, I read some really bad reviews which were unfair. One of them complaining about the noise of traffic but I suggest if the traffic is too much to not book on a street that is known to be busy! I absolutely love the location so I went ahead and I am so glad I did, it was much better than I thought it would be!

The bathroom just needed to be cleaner especially the floor and lounges wiped over.

Rooms were nice, location was nice and downstairs cafe which wasn’t affiliated, but still nice

Communication about the door codes and parking cost and availability could have been better - i wasn’t aware that there was no keys or reception until i arrived. was annoyed that i only received a message about booking parking the day of my check in , only to find limited, and expensive parking - had to park two cars at two different locations due to no availability at our accomodation

The location of the Hotel - next to Beaumont Street. Restaurants, Shops... everything within 10 min walk. Also not too far from town and beach. Price was reasonable.

No Staff on the side, had to call them and it wasnt easy to deal with the first call center member (not very friendly and supportive). I was a bit uneasy about some people that hang around the streets infront of the building and some customers (sleeping on the chairs in the hallway, being quite noisy at night, etc.). The bath was good for wheelchairs etc. no shower bounderies. But for us it turned out the whole bathroom floor was wet after every shower and it wasnt easy to dry.

Boulevard in Beaumont provided us with everything we needed for our short stay in Newcastle! it was close to family, close to public transport and handy to the city, all of which we visited or used during our stay. The room was spacious enough for two and well-equipped with everything we needed. There’s an excellent cafe downstairs and plenty of other places to eat within a short walk. Highly recommended.

Our apartment was on Tudor Street near the traffic lights and could be quite noisy until late at night.

Codes to get into each area are a pain Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Better mattresses and pillows would make a huge difference Difficult to find a pick up and drop off place without walking a long distance when staying at a busy time

It was a nightmare to find and find how to get in the building no parking and not really marketed that way. Adhere is no reception in building. The building has weathered better on outside than inside. Location is perfect. Probably good price for location

The unit was spacious and clean, had everything we needed for our weekend stay, was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the room.

The bed was 2 singles pushed together, little uncomfortable, but we made it work

the location, - is now called Hamilton Executive Apartments located on Denison Street comfortable, well appointed , clean apartment. Secure parking.

Bed consisted of 2 single beds pushed together. bit too soft for my liking.

Modern facilities, immaculate cleanliness. Even though it was on Beaumont Street, it was really quiet. The spa bath actually functioned. It had everything needed (even a washing machine and dryer!) Hdmi cord for TV. Really impressed.

The air conditioning was not working. The entrance was kinda dodgy.

Bedroom window latch broken and without double glazing it was a bit noisy at night. Drain cover in ensuite missing so there's hole in floor Would be nice to have parking on premises rather than additional cost elsewhere.
