The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms have double shower heads. The rooms are quiet ( you don't hear the other guests) Staff better than some 4 star stays that charge nearly double what the Jeso does. Food smells and looks delicious but was a little out of my price range for the length of our stay. Only thing I could suggest is a microwave in the kitchen area. Although there are plenty of food service establishments just across the street. And once again I can not stress the accommability that the staff provides.

Everything was exceptional for the price or as described in the bookings. No complaints.

Really fancy room and beautiful bathroom / shared bathrooms but there was multiple so not really waiting for one, and it was a hole bathroom you lock off for yourself. Big tv and rely comfortably beds, spacious room and easy accessed but with multiple lock pad doors so felt safe Food down stairs was amazing and reasonable priced, didn’t order it but watched beautiful pizzas and burgers beeing taken to seats and looked very yummy and fresh, all made in houes , garlic bread was 🙌

The ladder up onto the top bunk was bit tricky for my 3 year old to climb but we managed. The pup down stairs is very popular so live music was going till about 12 in the morning, personally wasn’t a issue for myself I enjoyed it. But some might find it hard to sleep if they need it dead silent.

I didn't have a towel when I first got there but everything was prefect to the point I couldn't even complain about the towel

Possibly my fault, I didn’t realise you had to share the bathrooms, in saying that they were all clean and not far from the room so it wasn’t really a problem.

Excellent location, cool air conditioning, shared bathroom is large enough(allowing three people use it at the same time).

I don’t know how to hang my towel in the room

The food and hospitality was brilliant. Accommodation was no nonsense and clean. And the best shower I have had away from home in a hell of a long time.

The bathroom doors banged a bit so it was a bit noisy.
