We were not told in advance that the sofa bed would not be made up even though we booked for an adult and a teenager. The host blamed booking dot com for the poor communication. The road works made it difficult at times but that isn't the fault of the establishment. They could really look at the parking, it's very tight and difficult to understand the entry and exit and people just didn't follow the arrows. Finding the room was somewhat confused ng as well.

The apartment s very co for table and has everything needed for a short stay. Location is good, close to the shops. Aircon/heat works perfectly.

Apartment was not very clean, some dirty cutlery were left in the sink (I left them where they were). Bin wasn’t taken out. I took my own rubbish but left that one as it was. Towels in bathroom were not clean and dry, I’m glad I brought my own towels!!! Parking inside facility is a bit tricky, not much space.

The location was fantastic. The Unit was very modern and comfortable. Bathroom nice and spacious; but some feedback for your improvement: it lacked counter space to put toiletry bags etc on. Also the vanity mirror is too low over the basin making it difficult to wash your face without hitting your head on the cupboard above. Not enough toilet paper. The one in use was down to last few sheets and then only one spare located. No bedding for the sofa bed, even though I booked room for 2 adults. Also the door to the unit 302, is faulty and will not close properly. Need to push and bang hard on it, to close. Love the keypad for entry however, you should have better directions and advise which key pad to use. I and other tenants having trouble getting the keypad to work. This was stressful and there is a fear of being locked out of the building. Overall though, I loved the place for its convenience of location and clean modern facilities. Street Parking was also easy to get.

It was a very convenient place to stay with shops and food outlets close by. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The shower had good pressure and lovely hot water, and the spa bath was an added bonus. Will definitely be back.

Kitchen was good but was missing a few items that would make it better. No teatowel or cutting board.

The bed was comfortable, good layout and space. The kitchenette was good to have. Apartment easily accessed with code to door, lift and building

The unit may not have been used for a while as there was dust on most surfaces which I wiped down before using. The shower sprayed onto the floor and the floor stayed wet. An extra bath mat or clean towels each day would have been helpful. Very noisey with night Roadwork in the area at the moment. Difficult parking

We booked this property as a stop over on our way from Brisbane to Sydney. It was in expensive and conveniently located. Our expectations were not high and our requirements were basic. Our unit far exceeded our expectations, it was large, comfortable, well appointed, clean and newly fitted out. The TV was huge, the bed was comfortable the shower was one of the best we have experienced.

The roads around the property are a mess, but that not the fault of the property.

Apartment style accommodation with kitchen great for those working away from home but wanting to be as normal as possible. Convenient shopping centre with 2 supermarkets across the road with a pub and plenty of other eating out options. Convenient location only minutes from where I was working.

Car parking is tight and afternoon access is challenging in the heavy traffic. Location is nowhere near any “sights” for anyone wanting a walk on the beach or foreshore.

Good value, comfortable and good location.

The sofa bed still had dirty sheets on it and after 3 requests a laundry staff member came and made it up at 6pm. There was mould around the bathroom window. The covers on the lounges need recovering. The person staying in the room adjoining ours played music until 1.15am.

almost everything; I never stay anywhere else, value for the money, staff are friendly & mostly always happy to assist, great location & plenty available restaurants/food & shopping straight across the road; I love the property & staff, & enjoy dealing with Graham when he’s in. thanks again Jesmond Executive Villa’s!

some guests always arguing, swearing in front of kids, showing no respect for anyone but themselves, mainly in the top floor rooms across from suite36; parking can be a real issue at night times & weekends.

How clean everything, the tvs in every room, the size of the beds and how spacious the apartment was. Especially liked the code to access the room rather than a key/card as we arrived later at night and could then go straight into the room without messing about at reception.

There was only 1 water glass and whilst there were 3 people staying there and there also weren't as many bowls/plates. The shower pressure was also very uneven and would shoot in different directions as well.
