Very clean, large lovely quadruple room with fabulously comfortable beds. Very little road noise noticeable especially when you close the ensuite door. Well appointed room with all the typical inclusions you expect from a great motel offering country hospitality. Very easy after hours check-in and check-out, with very friendly communication from the receptionist on that process. Fabulous location if you’re looking for accommodation near the sports stadium, harness racing, hockey grounds or tennis centre.

Shower head in our room was a smidge droopy but easily readjusted and tightened. the water pressure in the shower was woeful, but the water temp is not annoyingly regulated so if you like it hot (like I do), then this is the one for you! Parking was first in best dressed as not enough onsite parking for all rooms, which as a female traveller with child was mildly off putting (as I feel uncomfortable leaving my car at the front of a motel). We could hear the pitter pattern of the feet of our upstairs neighbour, but once they went to sleep, there was really very little noise from the road or anything else.

Loved the decor, the attention to detail in the rooms. The appliances were good quality and the coffee machine was a nice surprise. The beds were made up beautifully with plenty of cushions. A little firm for my liking but they were perfect for the rest of my family. The room was quiet - hardly knew there was anyone else around. We could hear the trains, but they were not disturbing in any way and we slept well. Very close to the shops in Adamstown which was great when we wanted to order dinner, and if we had intentions of going to the stadium, it was only minutes away on a very easy route. It was also within good distance to Charlestown Square where we needed to go after leaving the motel on Sunday morning. Easy to find, and communication with the management was excellent, so we could easily access our room without having to visit reception first. I have definitely got this one on my list for my next stay in Newcastle.

The bathroom was a little dated and the shower pressure was slow. It was very clean, however, and functional. This did not detract from the experience at all.

Comfortable large room with also comfortable beds, good sized bathroom. Amenities like TV, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Excellent value for money! The motel is 5 minutes away from Westfield Kotara and a few minutes away from the beaches. There is basic housekeeping every day.

Housekeeping services are a little slow and it feels incomplete. I don't mind having my beds made, but at least they should vacuum the floor. One day, we went out at 9:00 and when back at 15:00 nothing was done. The bins were still bursting with rubbish and no clean towels to shower. They cleaned later that day. Yesterday, a day before going home, nothing was done again.

Excellent all around! Easy parking with double access (the back is quieter than Brunker road). Great remote communication from the staff - although we never saw anyone in person, which I was a little worried about shall there be any issue. The room was clean and smelled clean upon entry. Well-appointed and spacious, we had everything we could possibly need, and the quality of the appliances was notable. Lots of pillow options and nice bathroom products from hand soap to lotion. Quiet and pleasant stay, we are already thinking of coming back.

Something to consider for families, our room did not have a "child" lock, so if your kids tend to open doors, they could easily exit the room.

What a Gem of a place. The totally contactless aspect is incredible. The door codes were great, no need to have 2 sets of keys & no one ever gets locked out. The parking is a little hectic but it works & the views were gorgeous from the sweet little balcony. We spent more time out there than inside. The room is bright, clean, spacious, well stocked with EVERYTHING you could want (Nespresso anyone..? And Google is a great touch!) and is unbelievably comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfectly placed and not blowing in your face while you sleep… We thoroughly enjoyed the few nights we spent in Adamstown.

The walls were a little thin at times (we could hear our neighbour singing at one point) but everyone was quiet by 10pm (Saturday night)

The best thing about this motel was the generous size of the room & the parking straight out the front of the room, so no stairs or bad access from the car. There was plenty of parking so that when we returned from dinner there were still spots, unlike many places I've stayed. The wifi worked well. The staff helped me with an unusual request & were very friendly.

The motel is not close to anything like a shop or restaurant that I saw but it didnt really matter as it was a short drive to everything.

The beds were amazing, the room was clean, it is in a great location that is easy to find and has free off-street parking! I really liked the keyless and contactless approach and the app for accessing the room so I didn't have to remember a PIN

I didn't like that there were no ash trays outside except for in the rain- it could use a little undercover area away from the rooms dedicated to smokers. I think the car park would also fill up quickly if the place was almost booked out but for our stay it was acceptable.

The room was clean, comfortable and larger than I expected and had an extra bed. I like that it had an electronic lock with a pin so there was no worrying about keys. The contactless check-in and out was extremely easy and convenient. It was great value for money as I've stayed in properties with similar features that were double the price so I would highly recommend to anyone who is on a budget.

The section of parking outside our room was extremely tight and if you have a large 4wd there are certain carparks that were impossible to get into if there were other cars parked next to them. It advertised free cable tv/foxtel but there was nothing on the tv or remote for it. The shower water took forever to get hot then the temperature would constantly change and there was no ironing board.

The accommodation was great value for money, which was what I was looking for. The ease of checkin was great having a code sent to your phone as we were a late arrival. The room was a great size, and beds super comfy.

In our room the overall maintenance could be looked at such as curtain rails hangup with zip ties, large water stain mark on the roof. A was a little noisy from the road. But these things are only minor as the value for money for this property was fantastic compared to others around the area.

The room was larger than many motel rooms. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings were clean and in good condition. Three chairs and a breakfast table were provided as well as a desk/make up table. Crockery and cutlery along with a microwave were appreciated. The motel is within a comfortable (2km) walk to Broadmeadow station and the Newcastle Entertainment Centre.

Bathroom was small cnsidering the size of the room and did not have an exhaust fan. In warm dry weather this wasn't a problem but is likely to be in humid cool weather. There are no staff onsite (room access code is sent by sms). This is a disturbing trend in motels in the Newcastle area and can be problematic when issues with access or faulty equipment arise (wasn't a problem for us on this occasion).
