Excellent location. Clean and comfortable facilities.

We arrived early on a terrible day. Strong winds rain and very cold. Contacted the apartments to ask if we would be able to have an early check in (2pm). The reception said they would look into it and let me know. Heard nothing rang back at 3pm different operator gave us the pin straight away. No problem. Disappointed with having to sit in the car for almost 2 hours waiting to be contacted.

Was very disappointed when we arrived it wasn’t what we booked it was up the road from where we were staying and was very small!! Lucky we told them we were not happy and put us in the two story apartment like we had booked 6 months ago

Not the first time staying here and not the last its a very good unit not far from costco and the beds are very nice. No staff to worry about so always I good but not a problem for us anyways. I love how u can just rock up without checking in and the pin number on the door lets u in. The all u can eat across from it is not the best food. Iron horse pub is not far to walk is a very nice little pub nice beers and very friendly staff also open to 3am. Thanks for the stay see you again soon.

Car park a little tight no washing machine in this unit when most others do

I just love Cardiff Executive Apartments because you walk in there and it's like a home-away-from-home Tony has done an exceptional, really good job with them. I would like it if I could Auckland check-in to a longest day in the Executive Apartments but not have to pay on the day that I go in there as I work for Tony for couple weeks and the level of cleaning in those apartments I could out do that by 100% . If I was the cleaner in for those apartment side beekeeping that grout corners of the floors free of mould and mildew and funky what are you got it Moss. Secondly I would make sure all the high-touch areas are cleaned after every tenant but most of all when you walk up those stairs and see those big beautiful shiny tiles you don't want to see water marks from a sloppy dirty mop you would use a hot mop with not too much water on it and then you polish it off with a buff even just a microfiber cloth under your foot and go around and polish it because they look beautiful than the whole lazy border market leaving it's sloppy and yuck that's just wrong a lot of the other cleaners do that but that's not good enough as far as I'm concerned as a cleaner I like to be quite pedantic in crowd of my place and my work I quite obsess over perfection but it's one extreme to the next with me I would take over the the cleaning of those departments and keep them pristine to save Tony money of redoing the grout and stuff like that you just got to look after it and quite frankly half the cleaners are bloody lazy ID like to get a contract setup with a little cleaning business myself and out do that whole scenario because I think Tony would like my standard attention to detail and pride in my work and who I work for but that's just an idea anyway some food for thought Tone. But other than that couldn't fault the Executive Apartments just exquisite.Rebecca Bird.xx

The only thing I didn't like was checking out at 10 the next day because I could make myself quite at home and the fact that I had to go in there and scrub around the Jets of the spa the corners of the tiles in the grouts like I said I've a bit of a pedantic standard and I think that for the time the girls put into cleaning and you know they can own the the whole "Pride and preservation... For better presentation of your work.. but it takes attention to detail ID like to come sort of arrangement with Tony about cleaning those actually apartments and being semi permanent resident there.

This will be our second time visiting Cardiff apartments, the first time we got this apartment we were very happy with it, our kids were even happier. So when we now visit, this is our go to, and we made sure we got it again this time!

can’t really say there is anything I’m not liking about the property. it just feels homey, so k can’t fault it.

The room was amazing, comfortable and modern. The location was nice and centralised. On-site parking was also a huge bonus as was the internal spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not exactly something that we didn't like... more of a small inconvenience- There was a slight mix up when we arrived as our room had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The cleaner on site was very apologetic and quickly saw to our room while we went and got dinner.

spacious, there are 2 toilets in the 2 bedroom units

One of the one bedroom units has a malfunctioning microwave which blew the electrical circuit and made the power points no power. Also, the wash basin tap was leaking and making a high pitch noise. There was no hair dryer. However, all these were fixed by a technician within a couple of hours. We booked 4 two bedroom units and two one bedroom units, one with spa and one no spa. They mixed up the one bedroom units. The named guest with a spa unit was not assigned the spa unit and the named guest with no spa unit was assigned the spa unit. The guest names for the units were advised well in advance.

Apartment was very clean, had two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice kitchen.

Light in the downstairs toilet didn’t work properly as it continually flashed, the aircon down stairs would only stay on for 1 minute and then switch off and there was no aircon in the main bedroom.

Great place to stay with families. Great size apartment/townhouse. Everything was very nice, you can tell alot of thought went into making sure guests felt comfortable. It had a homey atmosphere, plenty of place to park, great size bedrooms and beds. Location was not too far from sightseeing places. Overall we were 2 families who stayed in 2 apartments and we all had a great time. Thanks

Some places like the shower head, bathroom tap and ceiling skirtings could have been cleaned or dusted better but overall was generally clean.

very spacious townhouse with 2 bathrooms and lock up garage; had enough toiletries for 5 ppl which was great!

tv was large and placed high up against a wall whilst the sofa was 1.5m from the wall and much lower.. very difficult to watch tv and didn’t have a coffee table so we had to put our glasses/cups on the floor and be mindful of knocking it down with 3 young kids.. it’s also very close to a major intersection so very noisy with trucks and traffic
