Staff friendly and very willing to help. Very happy and giving great advice. Pool was great Reception staff super friendly especially April (think this was her name, long blonde hair)

Breakfast was good but a lot of missing stuff. A Buffett is supposed to be plentiful but a lot of containers were empty and we had to wait for more to be cooked. Coffee pots almost empty, only 1 poached egg, no hash browns, pancakes and waffles were nearly cold. This is the only part of the stay that wasn't good and we didn't have breakfast again. What food was available was lovely.

Have stayed here numerous times, so was a no brainer in choosing to stay here again. Asked to be changed to a downstairs room on checking in , which was wasn't a problem. Room service for dinner was good & was informed that there would be a delay on Tuesday night due to large restaurant booking. Buffet breakfast was excellent, with too many choices available. Chef came out & asked if I'd like poached or scrambled eggs. Will stay here again in next visit

Had a walk-in shower ( as requested ), but found that the bathroom floor got wet outside the shower stall. I had the shower head pointing down & was behind the glass, so I don't know if the glass panel needs to be wider or how to solve the overspray.

We loved that we could park right outside our room and everything was conveniently close. I also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast while sitting around the pool. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. My son absolutely loved the pool and we all enjoyed the views of the beach. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Didn't like that when we checked out, the front desk staff member wasn't overly friendly and didn't ask for the key cards. We almost drove off without handing them in.

We loved the breakfast and the pool! The staff were also incredible. They were very friendly and helpful with giving us ideas of what to do and where to go and eat. We all really enjoyed our stay. The chef was lovely and seemed to take great pride in her cooking!

The water pressure in one of our rooms wasn't great. The hot water was incredibly hot and the cold water wouldn't turn on strong enough to balance out the hot so the shower wasn't great. The other room was fine though.

Good value for money compared to cost per night for other hotels and motels. The pool is a good feature for families and clean. I also liked the ability to be able to park your car in front of your room. The lady who checked us in on day 1 was very polite and helpful.

The rooms could do with a ‘deep’ clean. Quite dusty and a lot of hairs in the bedsheets before we even got in. Also dropped a small item that fell under the beds and retrieving it and looking under the bed was horrendous with dirt and rubbish. Furthermore we had the opposite experience on check out check in . The man checking us out was rushy and poor mannered. Didn’t ask how was your stay or any of the simple questions you could ask in the hospitality arena.

Clean, tidy and practical for one night. Probably a little expensive but at Christmas, it was something we could live with. Beds were great. Pay tv was good.

Bathroom was ok- a shower over a bath is fine but a walk in shower would be better because I had older relatives with us. Possibly it said so in the description but it was not expected. Pool shut at 6pm. In summer, that seems early and we were not able to use it.

The room was comfortable and spacious and had excellent access to reception, the dining room and the car parking. The location in Charlestown was central to all the functions that we were attending. It was in a very quiet location and away from any road noise. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay and have no negative feelings or experience to speak about.

I like the comfort of the bed and how the room was spaced out. Everything was easy to access. Staff service was excellent and attentive in both reception and the restaurant.

I didn't like that the staff where not in a uniform, especially in the dining area. They where all in black but one lady was in tights, all where in sandshoes instead of proper footwear for the environment they where in.

I spent two wonderful nights with my partner for my birthday! The reception staff warmly greeted me upon arrival. The staff provided excellent service and were very knowledgeable about the area. I can't wait to book again in the future!

Everything. All the staff were lovely, breakfast was yummy & super convenient, had room service dinner 1 night & it was absolutely beautiful. Our son LOVED the pool & all the staff were super lovely to him also & you couldn’t hear anything from other rooms or outside & the curtains kept the room dark enough that we got to have a sleep in
