The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Lovely range of bathroom products. Can’t fault the rooms or facilities. We walked to the hotel/tavern and had a delicious meal. So convenient and one can have a glass and not have to drive. Perfect!

Suggestion for reception. We were given one key. The key has to be inserted at the room door to run power. Downside, my husband went to get coffee early and couldn’t get back in because I used the time he was away to get ready. Maybe reception could explain the guests so they can request an additional key-card. Would have saved me having to run downstairs to let him in.

Room was a comfortable size (not cramped) with a pleasant bush outlook and was quiet except for some noise carrying up the stairwell from reception occasionally. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and adequately provisioned, shared kitchenette area proved useful and guest laundry close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge in room was a usable size and very quiet (we took our own breakfast provisions).

Parking isn't reserved for motel guests, and hotel patrons overran the available spaces in the evenings. We ate once at the hotel bistro and were unimpressed with the quality of the food (this was discussed with staff, and some compensation offered). Nothing else to mention.

The rooms are modern and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The motel had a pub attached which was really convenient and very good food. Surprisingly not noisy either but we were there on a Wednesday night, so not busy.

We got off to a rocky start. The first room we had was in the back on the ground floor (no 1). We had rain and either they don’t have a down pipe from the roof, or the gutters were overflowing, but the water was sheeting off the room to one location right at our window. The noise was so loud from the water cascading off the roof, that we couldn’t hear the TV. They did move us, but after travelling from Brisbane we were tied and it was just a hassle we didn’t need. A rare occurrence and they do know about it so it shouldn’t be an issue again, if they fix it.

Great location; right beside our main reason for visiting. Room fittings and furnishings very new and tasteful. Great bed and shower. Good to have room service option for dinner. Overall very comfortable.

Only the tiniest issues: needed 2 washers preferably (2 guests), would have liked more room on bathroom vanity, fridge not very cold even turned to coldest setting. Great option to have breakfast available and that was appreciated - I am lactose free though so couldn’t have any dairy as no lactose free milk available.

Being attached to a pub, I had low expectations due to previous experience at a different property, however, it was such a pleasant surprise, so clean and inviting. So modern and looked like a new hotel. Such easy access to the pub for dinner. Fantastic location and easy to get to where we needed to be. Definitely a hidden gem!

Air conditioner wasn't working properly, so the room was very stuffy for me, I like a cool room. By the time I realised reception was closed. Other than, it was all good.

Heaps of parking (which can get a little bit full when the pub is busy). The room was big, extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were amazing - they are friendly, efficient and helpful. The motel is next to the pub, that serves up delicious meals. Cleaners were great and did a great job making my kid feel special, with his teddy nicely placed when the beds were made. So glad we stumbled upon this place, will definitely be back.

I could pull up & live there for an extended stay as everything you need is either onsite or very close by. Staff were wonderful, snacks machine in the foyer & all its missing is a pool. A microwave in the room would be better considering that the only access to one is upstairs which is hard with an arthritic health issue. Security was not a concern & smoking options made it less hassle.

This is a relatively new build and it shows, the facilities and rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping were excellent. As with most hotels of this type in Australia there's an excellent sports pub right next door with great meal/drink choices and entertainment. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the centre of town where free parking is always available

Clean modern family room, ample parking, friendly staff, great location as it was quiet at night. Next to family entertainment centres such as Dullboy, GoKart, etc

During the morning buffet breakfast, the inclusion of barista coffee on the Thursday morning but the non-inclusion on the Saturday morning. This was an inconsistent experience and a surprise when the waitress asked us to pay extra for what should have been included in our buffet breakfast.

Recently renovated and immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable and room quiet for sleeping. Staff were lovely and very helpful - organising a toaster for our room, late check in (which was smooth) and fixing an issue with the shower screen door really quickly while we were out. The pub attached is great - spacious, clean and great food.

Unfortunate the balcony overlooks the carpark and neighbouring industrial properties, though not much can be done there I guess. Still pleasant enough to sit outside. If there was a pool this place would be close to perfect!
