Massive room that was clean and comfortable with sitting area that had a coffee table and seperate dining table also, amazing comfortable bed(queen size in our room as we booked queen room), one of the best connect/stream to tv setups(smart TV), pool was a fair size with good shade.

The room received a refresh of only bin and towels which was not requested, During the refresh they took our child's towel from the room and are not following up in relation to this. Carpark spots not allocated so non guests take spots, non guests used pool or a large amount of guests that seemingly didn't sleep at accommodation were using the pool, awful shower pressure.

Modern & clean rooms. The comfortable bed & pillows. Room tidy & fresh towels every day if you want it. Welcoming & helpful staff. Laundry access any time. The Lake foreshore is across the road & gives nice views. Close to shops. Pop up coffee van out front that has great coffee & food.

The road noise. The motel entrance is off a very busy road. A large home is being constructed next door & it was a very noisy & dusty site. The building was well on the way when we arrived & I thought a warning should have been given when we booked (if the build had started at the time we made our booking) or before we arrived (a small discount or something in lieu could have been offered.

Room was lovely and clean, very neat and tidy

Unfortunately my sheet had a 10cm stain at shoulder position, I didn't mention it as not a big deal. The showers cold water pressure was so poor that we had it turned up and very little hot on but the water went all over the floor outside of shower, no floor waste to drain to outside of shower, made for a mess. We had to call after hours for additional milk tea and sugar as the room had not been topped up even after our request and the buffet with spares had been stripped clean. Again not a biggie just annoying

The bed and room were very comfortable. Excellent size room with plenty of space for my son’s portacot. Shower was nice and large and having a microwave and a fridge was extremely handy.

Plenty of car parking but very little undercover, not the fault of the motel at all, but we didn’t get a park closest to our room - not ideal in torrential rain. Extremely minor but the light switch on the outside of the bathroom was not ideal when you’re trying to sneak a shower while your baby is asleep in the same room!

Fresh clean and comfortable renovated motel style room with ample lounge area and kitchenette. Easy parking at the front of the room. Easy use heating and cooling, and smart TV. Comfortable bed with crisp linen and extra blanket and pillows available. Great shower pressure and no issues with hot water. Easy walk along the lake front to the Warners Bay Hotel and the restaurants in Warners Bay shopping strip. Would stay here again. Was easy access under the bridge to the lakeside walking path. Coffee hut at the front of the clock was very popular with locals and visitors (we didn't try). Also features a well rated teppanyaki restaurant in the block (again didn't visit).

We loved this little hotel and can tell it's had some recent renovations. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and really we didn't need anything else for the 2 days we stayed there. We loved the coffee cart, that was an added bonus. The location was close to plenty of places to eat and to the water.

The shower was just a tad too small and the water went everywhere. Thankfully I was able to get more linen off the cleaning staff to replace all the towels and floor mats. This is not something that can really be fixed but the volume of traffic, made it really difficult when trying to turn right and onto the main road. We ended up turning left and doing a U-turn.

Love everything except the shower. Friendly, caring staff, clean facilities, great size room and so convenient to everything. Will def come again

The water pressure and temp in the shower was terrible. Hot water would get hot try to turn on a little cold and nothing came out then finally came through but then turned water ice cold. Turned it right off and hot water was gone completely. First in the shower but exactly same experience for my husband and two sons. Needs improvement.

Great location, lovely staff with well appointed room including a microwave and cutlery.

A safety concerns is the extremely hot water and the unmarked taps in the bathroom: as the water is slow to come through it remains cold until it isn’t, making taps even harder to decipher. The tiled floor is horrendously slippery made worse by the open shower so the water travels considerably. Last thing is I believe any dishes used need to be replaced with clean ones, dirty dishes should be taken away and washed in a dishwasher .

Room was tastefully renovated and spacious enough for two adults. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Great motel location across the road from the lake shore and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The motel also has a restaurant on the premises, offering a good selection of Japanese teppanyaki dishes.

The bathroom did not have an extractor fan which resulted in buildup of condensation during showering; this made the tile floor very wet and potentially slippery.
