All staff were courteous and very helpful, however I was particularly impressed with the young Asian lady (sorry I didn't get her name) who we first met at the bar when first entered, we didn't have a reservation although her attention and friendly manner were so impressive I wouldn't have even considered looking for anywhere else, this is not for any other reason but for her manner in which she offered sincere attention and assistance, very impressive!

Only one small item however the only thing that seemed out of place with the high standard of everything else. the sliding door from the ensuite had no inside handle to grip to open the door from inside. My 86 year old lady friend found the door awkward to open.

He loved the location. Family members totaling 5 had dinner and 2 had breakfast there and we all thought the food was great. All the staff we encountered were all eager to help. Definitely 5/5.

I understand we were in a hotel so there could be live music. The rooms were really quiet, clean and simple when we checked in at 4pm. There was live music, we had been at a lunch party and were looking forward to relaxing in the room after eating dinner in the hotel at 7pm. We ended going downstairs to listen to the band at 8.30pm just because it was too noisy in the room (9). The band was decent. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are like rocks. My husband liked the pillows but there was no option between what was on the bed ie. both hard, so I didn't sleep, but he did.

Amazing as pub was extremely busy with Xmas parties and so noisy we thought oh no here we go But as soon as you walked in the hotel area and closed the door you could not hear a peep The room was huge 4 great size beds a beautiful bathroom heaps of fluffy fresh towels Air conditioning could use a service in room 3 wasn't really cold only cool but that's the only negative So so good The food was wonderful in the pub nice cold beers the cocktail page was vast selection I was just super impressed with the limited amount of noise between the room and the pub so pleasantly surprised 🤨

AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK IN ROOM 3 WAS GOING TO COMPLAIN BUT DIDNT CAUSE AIR WAS FAN ENOUGH TO KEEP ROOM OK BUT IT NEEDS REPLACING ITS OLD

The family room was perfect for my daughter and I and her two plus one children Plenty of room in the main bedroom

Bathroom rather small And a big problem for us with 3 children and on a tenth birthday was no WF access No movie was accessible. Disappointing and no staff to come to the room and help.

location was perfect & the meals were delicious. The rooms were comfortable

sign in the lift said there was breakfast available but that's not true. need to update your signage as we were disappointed.

Food was excellent, reasonably priced, and big servings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar, restaurant, and pokie area very spacious , modern, and clean.

Room was okay and comfortable but not up to the high standard of Bar areas. Live music down stairs sounds loud in accomadation above.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a few drinks with great music and food was impressive too.

I can’t really fault the property. We did don’t have a room with a view but that didn’t really matter as we spent most of our time out.

Rooms a little small but the staff were amazing, atmosphere just what we like and the food facilities beyond expectations
