Beds need replacing, has a ditch in the middle of mattress.

Great location right at Caves beach, with balcony with ocean views Well stocked IgA next door Good cafe just up the street Spacious and comfortable

Would have liked more kitchen utensils eg tongs, plastic spatula to use on non-stick frying pan, coffee plunger A few kitchen essentials like paper towel, salt & pepper would be helpful

Lived the view and the location

The room was musty and I suffer from mould allergies .. I was quiet sick after this visit There was also … broken blinds … filthy sliding doors and immovable sliding screen … dead unwatered plants ..so sad to see this neglect in Our favourite location The rust in the support structure needs urgent attention 🙏🏻 it very sad We only treat ourselves on VERY SPECIAL occasions …. We were a little disappointed this time …. I’m confident no one will read this However I’d love to see this improve for others.

Nice location and spot for relaxation. Got some nice scenery and amazing views all round from the beaches and all. Sunset and sunrises are lovely

Only disappointing part was the LED lights on the boardwalk at night time. Would’ve looked really nice if they were on , Water fountains weren’t working so kinda was disappointed in that aswell. Shower during the night was randomly dripping water for some reason but besides that was overally a lovely stay at the bungalows

Great location and nice secluded cabins. We got the one we requested.

The screen door was almost impossible to open when we got there. Eventually I pulled it off it's tracks, straightened it, cleaned the tracks and re-aligned it. Worked fine then, but i shouldn't have had to! Also when booking the restaurant the form asks if this is a special occasion, I replied yes, 50 year anniversary, however there was no acknowledgement or special treatment or even a free drink! A bit disappointing. But the food was very good.

Location of the bungalows was lovely with the lake with birds nesting in it and the beautiful ocean views. The pool at the resort was stunning. Food at the pub was decent pub view and views.

Breakfast not included. No information provided in room about local food options (including breakfast which the resort does not provide) or info on local attractions.

Bungalow was well set up and had all we needed, in luxury! On-site bistro fabulous

Pathway to bungalows goes past front of all of them, not as private as perhaps behind units. Some steps/walkway noisy with rollerbag, up and down some steps. Would have helped to provide more information/signage on times that orders open for dinner in bistro (it is 5pm). Online bookings closed but we could walk in - add this may have been helpful.

The location and views were perfect for my fiancé and I,is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway..was a little expensive but well worth the stay..we loved the space in the townhouse and how it was organised,had a very homie feel, and was an absolute beautiful dwelling,with the two story arrangement, and loved the piece and quiet

Some of the cooking equipment was not clean,and to the point not even useable,so ruined our having a romantic cooking at home together experience..was reported to the hotel staff upon departure

Beautiful location! Close to the beach and caves. Our kids had very much enjoyed our stayed. Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Bottled water were complimentary in the fridge when we arrived, as were tea and biscuits. Beds were comfortable. Drying racks provided. Great stay! Would love to come back

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Had dishwashing liquid bottle but there was none left.

Excellent value for money, and the place was gorgeous. We booked this place 30 minutes before arriving because we’d been travelling all day and just needed someone to sleep. Absolutely will stay here again during our next trip

The downside is that if you wanted to eat food from the bar in your cabin, you had to physically order from the bar and wait, they wouldn’t take our orders over the phone for pick up
