The beds were comfy. The shower was nice. They were full booked due to March out and race day so staff were thin. $25 taxi ride to town centre. $50 taxi to Kapooka. We were there 3 nights and it was cheaper to taxi than to rent a car. Restaurant on site was ok but it’s Not open weekends. Lots of nice places to eat in town.

Lack of staff on site

The property was spacious, bright with a lot of activities for youngsters and kids. We were really well taken care of by the Inn Manager Amar. She was superb in taking care of us and helping plan an impromptu birthday dinner. It was tremendous how much support we had.

We had a little struggle with getting our rooms serviced on the first day. So that was a bit of an issue but that would probably be the case with the Easter weekend. Secondly our room had a very high tub in the shower which was a definitely hazard for children and elder family members. Would recommend requesting a room with a shower stall instead.

This is our return visit (return leg back from Melbourne). Nice and clean and pretty quiet. Not far from town centre. Our room was upgraded to the family suite from the queen and two single bed as it was available.

The kitchen light still not fixed but just a minor issue. Unfortunately it was a key drop at check out at both times so we could not inform the staff again to fix it

Room and bed very comfortable and quiet as the motel is away from the main road. It was a hot day so the pool was a welcome relief after driving for hours. We ordered dinner and ate at the pool cabana and BBQ area. The food was exceptional and great value for money. The staff are very friendly. We have stayed a few times now and will continue to stay.

Other patrons leaving early and running their cars (that can be at any motel). Our first visit in November 22 the shower recess smelled a bit but our second visit early Feb 23 it was fine, so probably the floods.

We were only passing through on our way to our holiday destination. I was pleasantly surprised with how close everything is in Wagga Wagga. This was a great stay just outside of the city. The city is only a short drive from the property. Easy to find, great location if you don't like being in the city and great for families. A lot of space on the property. Very easy check in and check out. Friendly staff and made for an easy stress free stop after a long day driving. Will visit again. We didn't realise what a gem of a city Wagga is. Overall the accommodation and city was a 10/10 for us based on the pleasant experience we had.

staff always amazing and remember me which is nice, apartments are great and beds super comfortable. Pool and tennis courts are a bonus and kids loved them. Staying there again in 2 weeks.

Just the sofa, its not fit for purpose at all, i nearly broke my back when i sat on it as the metal support has pushed through the padding, i notified reception, that was the only downside as other guests must have noticed this too, its bad.

We got a 2 bedroom room and the second room had doors that could open and the locks were low so my 2 year old could open it maybe if there was a dead lock at the top of the door I would of felt more secure for her to sleep in that room but she was put in the room with us and also no chain on the front door as well

Love the friendly and flexible staff — for health reasons, I'm still super-careful about Covid, and they're always happy to make my check-in contactless and smooth as silk. The room is big with a great work space, the bed is comfy, the area is quiet, and I always consider this place an oasis on a long roadie. My thanks to these kind people! This was my fourth stay at least, I think, and I plan to stay here many more times.

Nice views clean and nice facilities good shower

It's long way from town about 15 min drive .Didn't have parking bays for all units so people parked in front of your unit blocking you parking at your own unit. Sink was broken and had several cracks in it. So pricing was high compared to others near the town

The family room we stayed in was clean and tidy. The facilities were good, a nice bathroom and aircon in every room. The couch and TV were a bit small but overall a nice clean room with good amenities. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The location was way out of town and felt in the middle of nowhere. There was no restaurant service available on the weekend for dinner so it was a drive into town to eat.
