Best Western Plus Bolton on the Park was chosen as a place to stay while visiting Wagga Wagga for the ANZAC weekend. We have stayed previously in Wagga however not at the Best Western Plus Bolton on the Park. After the stay we will definitely rebook at this Motel. The rooms are large and accommodating, a modern decor and a well set out aspect. The rooms are clean, tidy, quiet and away from the main road/highway running through Wagga. Security was excellent, with off street parking, and communications from the office staff exceptional. Booking was an easy and trouble-free transaction.

Stayed here with my son for a night. The rooms were large, extremely clean and very well furnished. They had cable TV, a desk, small dining table and a sofa couch. It was quiet at night and located right next to the park we needed to be at; plenty of parking available on premise and the adjoining road. The Service itself when we checked in was fantastic. The gentleman who assisted us was so polite and helpful! The best part was the restaurant where dinner was amazing!! One of the best burgers I have eaten - beats Sydney anytime! The potions were large and room service was a treat! (We had the burger and the chicken schnitzel). We loved our stay here and would stay her again anytime!

Perhaps a hot breakfast; so we didn't eat breakfast here. Breakfast also opens at 7 AM and we ate at 6 AM outside.

Although our key didn’t work to let us in the second day we were there the good outweighed this. The bed was very comfortable. We were in the superior king room. Our room was serviced daily. They had only just resumed with a buffet breakfast since COVID and unfortunately didn’t have anything gluten free food or lactose free milk. They did ask what can be improved and we did mention that so maybe when booking if you have a food intolerance let them know.

Nothing everything was wonderful

Staff was friendly and welcoming. We were delighted with the set out of the room and the space. Comfortable bed and aircon kept us warm on a cold night. Cleanliness was great and the room appeared as new. It was quiet location and window furnishings were well hung and new looking modern bathroom. Carparking was in view of our room too.

The bathroom was well equipped for practical aides such as shampoo. conditioner and body wash however they had not been topped up and therefore useless once in the shower. Also, the bathroom door had a very loud squeak especially annoying during the night!! A little maintenance goes a long way!!!

Catherine in reception was extremely helpful. We asked at short notice if we could check in to one of our rooms in order to freshen up before a funeral. She organised early access for which we were extremely grateful. She also organised for us to get the keys to the other room when we weren’t going to be back until late. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, close to town, easily accessible and of a good size.

My only issue was the lack of a hand towel (minor issue really)

The room was very clean and large. Lots of space for our belongings and a huge comfortable King sized bed. The linen was lovely, but quilt too warm for me. Shower excellent. Lots of windows that opened and we had a view of the park.

Doona too warm. There was a toaster but no plates or knives. No complimentary milk provided for tea or coffee. We were on the main road but I hadn’t realised this road was a thoroughfare for locals to speed on. We were there on a Saturday night and this speeding continued until 2am. Nothing the hotel can do but worthwhile knowing if you’re a light sleeper.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment, which was lovely & spacious. My parents, myself & my toddler found it very clean, tidy, easy to find, modern & with a lovely kitchen, great shower & comfy beds. Woolworths supermarket was about an 800mtr walk away and there was a playground just up the road. Our host was so welcoming & the food from the on-site restaurant was divine. Free parking out the back & extra sofa beds were bonus.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to the main area of town but not so close that you feel like you are right in the middle of it all. The room was clean and spacious.

We travelled with friends and paid extra to stay in a bigger room while our friends stayed in a smaller room; while we enjoyed the extra space, the actual amenities were better in the smaller room. Our bathroom door wouldn't close properly, the shower's water pressure was disappointing and while the smaller room had a hairdryer that could be plugged in, ours was attached to the wall and you had to hold a button the whole time you were using it. It felt a bit annoying that even though we had paid more, we didn't seem to get much for that extra money.

The hotel is just 700m walk from the city centre. Was a great pit stop travelling from Melbourne to Sydney and we decided to stay at Wagga Wagga. The staff was lovely and check-in was so smooth and quick! Parking was included as well and very convenient. Would know now where to stay if driving back and forth to Melbourne with a day to spare at Wagga Wagga.

The staff was attentive and was able to accommodate me and and my preferences quickly and personally. I booked very late notice and wanted an early check-in. Receptionist Murray called me personally to let me know my room was ready early. Room was comfortable, clean and has the basic amenities that you would need for a solo traveler. Location is great, only a 5-10min walk to main shopping strip Baylis Strip. Parking was easy. The rooms were neat and no wear and tear. This is my second time here and it was pleasant so I would definitely be coming here again. Thank you for good customer service and comfortable stay!

It was basic so didn't have the extra facilities some may expect like pool, gym and sauna. But I didn't need it and it was a short work trip so it was fine for me. Although close to the shopping strip, the streets to the hotel may be dark and quiet and not under cover.
