The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless; the beds were very comfortable, if on the soft side; room service was available from Hugo’s restaurant in the RSL, we had piping hot pizza delivered very quickly; it was lovely walking into the warm room from the winter chill outside; Foxtel is available for those who want to watch tv.

I didn’t know the room would be upstairs, normally that would be fine but I’m struggling with a back problem. That’s my problem, not the property’s, and I managed to negotiate them anyway. Next time I would ask for a ground floor room.

The room was spacious and plenty of bench space to put our belongings without having to take up the chair or on the floor. The pin-pad for access instead of worrying about where you put the swipe card was great - very easy to use. Good sized bathroom with good lighting. Check-in and departure was easy.

The parking spaces were narrow and unallocated. Not really enough parking spaces overall and disabled parking spaces were too few, too narrow to meet the Australian Standard. We didn't come for the view out the window but we looked out onto a dirt embankment that looked like it was unfinished due to some building works occurring. The fridge, while cold, didn't have the little freezer and that would have been good to re-freeze our ice-bricks.

Our room was large, modern, attractive, and comfortable, with USB ports built into (I think) every GPO, with plenty scattered all over the room. Almost every light had a dedicated switch so you could control exactly which downlights are active. Air conditioning was already switched on when we arrived and kept the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. Michael reserved one of their EV chargers for our use, it was very easy to use, and best of all, free! And when we accidentally left something behind, Karen helped return it to us.

I can't really think of anything to fault. I could only suggest a couple of nitpicks. Adding a seal to the front door (that would probably offer greater efficiency for the aircon), although it needs a good push to ensure it clicks shut and adding a seal may make that worse (; Upon first arrival it took me awhile to find all the light switches to brighten the place up. While I think at night it's really beneficial to have individual control of each light, during the day at least, the convenience of a single light switch to turn them all on (using three way wiring) near the front door could be nice.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable.

Unfortunately we were woken by a screaming baby at 6.40am, followed by a car being warmed up whilst the people were packing, followed by a garbage truck behind our room. All being out of the motel's control of course, but did detract from our experience. Last time we stayed in one of the units overlooking the RSL lawn bowls, which was pleasant, however I understand there are works going on which would also have detracted on this occasion.

Always enjoy staying at Wagga RSL club motel. Very convenient with the club and restaurants to walk to have dinner. We haven’t taken advantage of the free breakfast yet as we always leave early however this is a great bonus for guests. Staff are always lovely, rooms are very clean and modern.

Needs a lift or easier access for elderly & disabled to get into the club. I hope the current renovations are accommodating this. Otherwise this is the best motel in Wagga

Motel is located directly beside the RSL Club, making it very convenient for socialising, having meals etc. Our motel room was large, very nicely furnished and equipped with all the conveniences you expect from a quality hotel. Breakfast for motel guests is available at the RSL club adjoining. The RSL also has serviced apartments next door, which are very convenient for those with larger families or who may wish to stay for an extended period.

The room was beautiful, it was big and clean and we loved the pool area too. The fact that it was joined to the RSL club with direct access from the accommodation was such a bonus. The RSL also opened from 7am for breakfast for hotel guests only. We also loved the digital pin access to the room (and club) which meant no keys or swipe cards.

We were a little upset that if we paid direct through the hotel instead of with booking.com we would have got complimentary breakfast at the RSL everyday

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. It was great that it was a short walk around the corner to the RSL to have some dinner and a drink. It was also easy to locate and access the room from the instructions provided prior to our arrival as we arrived after reception had closed. Friendly reception staff when I checked out too.

The bed and pillow were a bit uncomfortable for my liking but, all considering, still quite good.

We opted for a 2 night stay in Wagga Wagga on our return to Sydney from Melbourne. Our check-in was warm, welcoming and helpful, thanks to GM, Michael, who explained our room location and access, parking, facilities and entry to the attached Wagga RSL. Entry to the Club was by walking from our top floor room (the facility only has a ground and first floor, the latter being accessed by a flight of stairs), then taking 4 steps down to another landing and straight into the Club. The room was well-presented and clean, with a super comfy KS bed (with pillow top - a rarity in some of the accommodations in which we have stayed), and looked towards the Bowling Green. The room was serviced daily during our stay - thanks to the housekeeping staff!

The room had a bar fridge only, however as Wagga Wagga was part of a larger itinerary, we would have appreciated a fridge with a freezer, as we were transporting some items in a small esky which required ice bricks.

We just stayed for a night on our way back to Melbourne. The rooms were really good and well maintained. It looked like they do clean it very well. My kids loved the pool so they were all evening in the pool. It’s not only suitable for family but alone traveller or person travelling for work. We didn’t know this property is busy as it is next to RSL club. You can go in the club and use its pub to grab a drink or go in the coffee place to and nibble something. Down the road there is Woolworth. In the morning I went for my walk so I came across the lovely neighbours too.
