Beautiful room and very comfortable to stay in. Very easy check in and easy to find. Location was perfect, it was within walking distance of a Woolworths and multiple places to eat. Was also a short 5-10 minute drive from many more places to eat out. Very clean when I arrived.

The parking was very tight and not the easiest to maneuver through, a big car would struggle. There was a cigarette bud left in the bin in my room and made the room smell like cigarette smoke. The lack of door on the shower was uncomfortable. The fan in the room was incredibly loud and while it didn't bother me too much I was concerned my neighbours would hear it if left on and didn't want to disturb them. My balcony looked out onto, and was nearly level with, a pedestrian bridge, which didn't leave much privacy if I wanted some fresh air.

Suited our purpose and was conveniently located

Properties need to list the fee to be charged when stating they are dog friendly. This hotel charged $50 for one night with a pet. We felt this was exorbitant. We experienced a range of fees for the dog from nothing to $80. This is something that needs to be made clearer on the booking sites.

Because the staff were so accommodating, they realised that, as a veteran, I could not climb stairs. I was offered a ground-floor room. I was very grateful for the change at a small increase in price. The new room was spacious and quiet, with undercover parking outside the door. I was impressed by how clean and tidy the room was presented.

I always feel sorry when establishments are unable to provide breakfast. In my case, I need to get away early to get to back to Victoria for an appointment. So, I did not eat until I got to Yarrawonga, a two-and-a-half-hour trip. Not the fault of the staff, but it is difficult when you can not have something before you hit the road. Even the little cafe across the road was not open when I left.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the restaurant we had dinner in, and to the Main Street. Very friendly and efficient reception. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked well. The television worked well and was a great size. The room was very quiet, which was appreciated. Easy to park the car.

The little kitchenette could do with a re-vamp. One of the glasses I got out of the cupboard was dirty. I used a coffee cup for a glass of water - the cup was stained.

Great location and excellent value for money. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

The shower head had to be held in your hand as the water pressure sent it flying off its holder. The shower had lovely hot water though. Also we couldn't find a park within the hotel parking area on the first night so had to park out on the street.

Very good rate. Great location with lots of cafe's, pubs, brewery, shopping all a short stroll away. Also right on the River for some nice walking tracks. Walking distance to Wagga Beach recreation area. Also had a nice pool which was handy on a 39 degree day.

Air conditioner was struggling with the heat. Luckily brought our own fan on the trip.

Carpark is a bit limited. If you're travelling with a medium sized trailer (as I was), it's probably not for you. I don't know why this is, but there is now a trend to install showers with no sliding door. Combine that with a fan that cannot be turned off if you use the light, you'll quite possibly be shivering through your shower (as I was).

The receptionist was friendly upon arrival and was helpful , I have a daughter with special needs and once they saw that they offered a room downstairs which made me feel like they cared , I declined as she was able to walk up and down the stairs , the room was clean and spacious same with the bathroom and mini kitchen area I had all the basic things one would need when staying , the pool was perfect depth ( I’m not a swimmer) but I was able to jump in and keep cool same with my daughter , defiantly making this hotel a must every time I travel through

Having bathroom that is accessible for those who can’t climb into a bath tub so they can shower

I liked most things about the hotel There was even a microwave, so convenient. Located in the city, I liked that, drove less than 10 minutes to my appointments. I had mixed up my booking dates, staff attended to his well and adjusted my dates .

Close to the river and right in the centre of town. Was warm and clean big comfortable bed.

Parking was a nightmare due to when you go out for dinner there is not enough parking spots for paying guest that was disappointing as we had to park our car outside. Also the TV aerial had broken so we were unable to watch any TV.
