The beds were so comfortable. Second time staying here and I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else on my trips to Wagga. Even when my friend came back from the club very intoxicated and loud. Despite my efforts to keep her quiet at 4:30am the staff that was walking the halls was very respectful and understanding.

I was on the second floor and at night they lock the entrance to the hallway that was closest to my room. I didn’t know this so when I got back after a night out I did panicked thinking I got locked out but I did eventually find the other entrance. A heads up about that would have been nice especially on weekends that the clubs have big events on. But otherwise it was a wonderful experience

That it was central to everything

Not enough car parking, wasn't family friendly however i would totally stay again with just me and my partner. The first room #21 was a little too small and awkward with the shower behind the toilet. Not much space for luggage for 2 ppl. however we moved to a larger room #15 and this was much better and roomier.

Wasnt aware they did breakfast. However i did order room service after an hour of waiting i went to reception and inform i was still waiting. I received my order 10 mins later. The steak was burnt around the edges and overall did have a burnt taste. It was meant to be medium rare and was cook a little more than i wouldve liked. Comes from putting on grill with high flame and trying to cook to quickly.

Unfortunately the guest above us took exception to us running the TV (volume low) overnight - he yelled and stomped on the floor at us repeatedly throughout the night and we were concerned he might retaliate and damage our car, truly mad The restaurant looked so promising but our steaks were terrible; tough and undercooked

I liked that the room was met when I entered the first time, then the bed was made when I came in later the second day. It was neat and clean and well set out.

Considering it was my first time booking myself a hotel to stay in, I wasn’t aware of general hotel rules, especially that of being charged for taking beverages out of the fridges. It would have been appreciated if it had been made clear that this was a thing, despite being aware after the fact.

Excellent for the money. Handy having a bar and restaurant on site. Room was good, very clean except for the minor details like skirting boards etc, but not worth worying about. Great size shower and ensuit, awesome water pressure. Quiet room. 10% off the food and drinks at the restaurant for guests.

Car park spaces were very tight, but at least it has a car park.

Centrally located to town, so easy walking. The restaurant food and service were five star. It was nice to get total table service, even drinks. The service was excellent and couldn’t praise the chef enough for the meal, which we saw many patrons do when they were leaving.

Only downside was no lifts so carry bags up to room

The room was cozy and the bed was super comfy! Staff were really friendly and helpful, and apparently there's workers there 24/7 which is comforting.

Not that it can really be helped, but people were really loud on their phone calls early in the morning in the indoor walkway past the rooms.

The location was great, close to the main street with lots of cafes and shops. The staff were very helpful, the bed and sheets were soft and comfortable.

The room was very small, but for somewhere to sleep it's fine. Not a lot of toiletries (ie. no hand soap so had to use the little bar of soap that was also needed for the shower)

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and given a warm, friendly, and amiable welcome. (Compared to my stay at the Wagga Wagga International in the days before staying here). To put this into context, I am writing this review sometime later, and still remember vividly, the lovely warmth and friendliness of both concierge staff - exceptional!! The room was very basic, well planned and I loved it! Hotel is in excellent location near the station and minutes walk to the town centre.

The bathroom sink was leaking out onto the floor, but this actually did not bother me. The staff later apologised. The service, room and location by far made up for this.
