Rooms were clean and comfortable. Most important to us, our room was pet friendly. Comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. The kitchenette with microwave, toaster, jug and fridge was great. Location of hotel is a short drive or walk to the city. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. TIP - check out Lake Albert dog park. It’s a great set up, fully fenced and never really gets busy. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Our little kelpie loved it.

Not a negative though some helpful feedback. It would have been good if the kitchenette had a sink to wash cups, glasses etc. We had no dish detergent or anywhere to wash them up. Some garbage bags and instruction on the location of the bins also would also be helpful.

Really spacious room with large comfortable bed. Everything is in top condition. It had a separate desk and table to eat at. Only ten minutes walk from the main street of town where there are at least 15 places to dine and drink. We have an electric vehicle and appreciate the chargers opposite our room.

While we were there in May 2025, the dining section was closed. We couldn't find any staff in the office for advice. Not a big deal, there was a mobile number sent to us in a text but we didn't feel have an urgent issue so didn't call it. On checkout at 10am I finally found a man in the office who apologised and explained that the place has few guests on weekends and so they can't run the restaurant. Indeed it was a very quiet place which ensured good sleep.

Quiet location off the main road. Rooms are well equipped (e.g. good microwave, plates, etc.). Firm pillows! yeah!!!¡ Breakfast cooked to order.

Bar/resturant closed on a Monday night - I get it though!!! I slept in the single bed in the room, rather than the king as I was travelling on my own and didn't want the staff unnecessarily making up the big bed, BUT, the bottom sheet on the single bed didn't fit (unable to be tucked under the mattress) so I spent the night wrestling with a crumpled bottom sheet. I almost got up and got 8n the big bed. Not good enough house keeping team!!

We loved everything about this property! We were able to get an earlier accommodation. The room Was cleaned and well stocked with towels etc. Room was spacious and very comfortable for myself, kids and mother-in-law. The tv was showing all the channels, management came down to try and work it out. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue at that time so upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment with no extra charge. The best place we had stayed at during our time Wagga! Close walk to the town!

Great having a room for the kids. The kids loved the pool. The location was great - just a short stroll into town. Overall the room was clean and it was a good place to stay.

Their was rubbish left from previous guests in high cupboard in kitchen. The shower didn't have a full door into it and it didn't drain properly therefore a wet floor each time the floor would be soaking and with 5 people it was a fair bit! We also would have appreciated some milk for our tea!

2 bedroom apartment, extremely spacious. Excellent for families or a group of men working away for a week, free onsite parking. Can easily park a truck there, if needed. Comes with washing machine and dryers. Comfortable beds, very quiet and relaxing with your own private courtyard. Hassle free check in, I checked out late (12pm) and reception they didn’t even care. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Way better then the international tiny hotel rooms.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent service and fabulous restaurant to boot, promoting all local produce including their drinks list, we had to leave early and they were able to bring our breakfast before official start time

not sure we were only there for one night, and in early winter, so we didn't get to try the pool area to be picky, maybe some tissues in the room and a couple of heaters outside to enjoy the lovely outdoor area, but htat is being very picky

Clean, neat and tidy hotel, it was very conveniently located 2 minutes from the main shopping strip. Check in was super easy, the beds were very comfy and the room was a good size. Dated decor but that's the least of your worries. Tv, air con and a good hot shower. Value for money here. We tried the pool which was nice on a hot day.

Take your own beach towel as there wasn't any available.

Great location in the centre of town. Walking distance to shops, hotels, restaurants & the beautiful river. Far enough from the busy roads to be quiet & relaxing but close to everything. Our king bed was super comfortable & the staff were all very friendly & helpful. The room was large & comfortable for a 4 night stay with a couch, dining set & delicious breakfast available.

I couldn’t find fault.

Check-in was easy, especially after hours. Staff were accomodating (we didn't have towels so they brought us some straight away even though it was late at night, facilities were nice and beds were comfortable. Parking was available right outside the room, which is convenient for moving luggage into the room.

Nothing, was all good.
