The presentation of the room was fantastic and the bathroom was quite impressive for a hotel bathroom. Very comfortable bed

I booked it and it said I had a breakfast included and a bar restaurant in the hotel .. but of course it wasn’t open and of course the price didn’t change for no breakfast so had to go out and find dinner and breakfast after a 12 hour drive

Hotel located in a central area and although it is next to a main road and train line you hear almost nothing from the outside. With double glazed windows the outside world stays outside. Very reasonably priced and excellently valued breakfast that could not be faulted. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The only fault is the same with so many places now. If you want a decent coffee with breakfast you have to pay extra. I am sure places could wear the few dollars to supply decent coffee. It is a little hard to get in and out but it was manageable

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff. Our room was well appointed and in excellent condition. Special mention - we found the beds so comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Air conditioning was excellent.

We opted for the buffet breakfast, big disappointment. On arrival at 07:30 hrs only five or so guests. Staff were disengaged and the buffet food was limited as no one was topping up the food items. So instead of the eight hot items supposedly on offer you were lucky to place three items on your plate. Unless you were prepared to pay extra for baristas coffee , staff just gave us a paper cup for our hot drinks. This failed to meet our expectations of this quality of accommodation.

Lovely quiet room (despite I believe a railway being close-by). Great sized room, quality furnishings, well presented. Modern, clean bathroom. Huge car park. I've already booked twice for my next drive to/from Adelaide!

The restaurant was closed due to the time of year (very early January) but the bistro across the road was excellent for drinks and dinner, and only a minute's walk! Still frustrated I didn't get my driving licence back at check-in (and forgot to ask but wouldn't they have noticed before I checked out) and am still waiting for it over two weeks later, despite a follow up call!

It was very clean. Shower was awesome and bed was super comfy. Curtains blacked out whole room. Great parking. And couldn’t hear outside traffic, due to double glazed windows. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I needed a break from our daughter and her 2 small children that have return to live with us. We needed an afternoon nap. We were both so tired. This a local motel and we saw on sign it said full but when got in car park it was empty and my husband even told person working that the sign said full and he fixed it. Seeing that the motel was empty and husband told him he needed somewhere quiet for a while, he put us in a room that had someone doing maintenance in the hall way 2 doors away. The room was lovely. The curtains black it out and we had a nap of a life time, it was hard to leave but next time even if we didn’t need a nap and motel is empty don’t put people where there is a lot of noise. We needed a break. I’m just so tired. I think I need a real holiday.

Room is massive and facilities seemed well kept. Shower was also massive and fantastic after a long trip. Sound proof treatment and black out curtains meant I slept better than at home. Room service is available. Pub across the road served a decent meal and beers.

Asking me to read out a code for my credit card for the security deposit where the sms explicitly said not to tell anyone, even bank staff was off in the age of scams and felt like a power imbalance at the point of check in. Fortunately I have the confidence to push back on this. The work around was just to hold $1 which should be the default process. Fortunately, this was the only off thing that happened. The mini bar feels like a dated convenience concept, I'd rather the fridge space for my own items.

We arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time and there were no issues checking in early at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks in the restaurant were excellent, especially happy hour! The location was perfect, literally 5 minutes from everything and everywhere. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I don’t have a negative thing to say about this property, I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Well organised & set up. A good buffet breakfast & great coffee. Staff were wonderful, very professional & personable & we'd stay again. Very comfortable bed & spacious.

Only 1 young lady looking after everything in the dining area, including making barista coffees. She did a great job!. Unfortunately, when caught up on making barista coffees, other items required topping up, as they seem to put out for usage as to not waste. This is good, but there are pros & cons to this. Also I would have liked access to a microwave for heating heat packs for health reasons.

Rooms were modern , bed was comfy breakfast was not to bad but would have preferred a small item like a hot chocolate could have been included in the breakfast and not get charged on top which seems strange as most of the place would give you hot chocolates with breakfast

The room staff - checked in and there was no milk - rang up the reception asking for tea for milk and the reply I get come get it yourself - supposed to be a hotel I am sure the housekeeping staff can come give us some room and not expect the customer to walk up to the reception - the day we are checking out asked the housekeeping were reluctant to give us some tea bags because we were checking out - very disappointed with that attitude

The hotel looked like it had been recently renovated and was very tasteful. Its location was very good with easy access to the city centre, great restaurant and a good sized room. The car park was close to the room with plenty of carparks with ample disabled parking. Both lift and stair options available. Loved the happy hour in the restaurant.

There was a smell in our room when we first entered. After putting on the air conditioner for a while it eventually disappeared. There was also dust on the bedhead. Would be nice if there were double power points on both sides of the bed, but it was not a deal breaker.
