Exactly as advertised, fresh and clean, complimentary Milo and fresh milk, homely rooms, electric blankets, aircon/ heat, power points, chain lock on door. Friendly staff, family run. Pool (closed winter) and BBQ area, essentials supplied in room. Cafe/takeaway/restaurant next door. Coles/ Kmart local. Sporting facilities/ cinema/ river beach and activities nearby. Local wineries/ cave tours etc.

BBQ area not clean for use during winter as pool is closed, even though they're separate. Would've been nice to sit out there but too dusty. Pretty cold though, so understandable. My room was dark and I couldn't tell it was morning lol. They're my only 2 complaints, if you can call it that, so yeah, everything wonderful and highly recommended, exceptional.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. I appreciated having access to the washing machine free of charge. Sufficient parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great office hours.

The tv was on the smaller size in comparison to the size of the room and distance to the bed. It felt like I was watching a movie on a laptop. The dryer spun but did not produce heat, so I hung my clothes in the room with the heater on. Worked just fine. I didn’t get a chance to let the staff know so not really a fair negative.

I love that we had a king size bed and there was plenty of room within the room with the lounge and a coffee table which was quite unexpected

I didn’t like that the air-conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was an extremely hot day of 38° and I had the air conditioning going all night but it certainly wasn’t cooling the room down as much as i thought. I think the air-conditioners need servicing. The other problem was when we got home from our wedding we were attending. There was nowhere to park. My husband parked our car where I think would be another exit from the motel but unfortunately that was the only park left.

What a wonderful location! Luke was very accommodating for us, even though we were booking in on Christmas Day. The room was very clean and had a very nice spring smell - it is amazing how many stale rooms we stay in over the course of the year. Everything was wonderful! We will definitely visit again if we are driving to Melbourne again!

There really wasn't anything to dislike - because we were staying on Christmas night, and we were late arriving, we didn't have access to room service or customer service (outside of the owner ringing me and arranging key pickup and payment as his family, quite rightly, were going to spend Christmas together. So, no complaints, just that we didn't get the whole experience that the owners offer.

I've been traveling to Wagga regularly for a recurring appointment and this is my favourite place to stay. I'm far from being a germaphobe though some of the other places I tried locally have left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The Lincoln always feels fresh and well maintained and you can tell this is important to them. The staff are down to earth and very friendly and it's just the perfect balance of value for money. The only time I don't stay here is when I don't book early enough and there's no vacancy!

Right from check in to check out, we felt welcomed and valued. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean. The bed was nice and comfortable also. Bonus points from me for the electric blanket on our king bed, as it was a very cold winter night. The well maintained property was located within a 5 min drive to the main shopping area and conveniently had a service station and a couple of fast food restaurants next door.

I couldn’t fault it

A very friendly greeting upon arrival from Luke & Tegan which made me feel at home. A large comfortable room with a sofa, table and chairs and plenty of storage space. Huge bed. Very quiet room. I loved the electric blanket with heating from 1-10 and a timer. Big bathroom, and the cleanliness throughout the room was obvious to see and enjoy. Gloria Jeans next door and 3 restaurants and a Coles Express 100m away. (If you like Pizza, Bel Air is magnificent ! !)

A larger TV would be good which is easy for me to say when I only have to buy one.

Staff were wonderful and late check in was no problem to organise. The room was clean and a great size, with everything you could possibly need during your stay including a charging cube beside the bed for phones etc. Location was great, just a short walk to several food outlets and a service station for drinks and snacks. The saltwater pool was lovely and clean where we enjoyed a dip to freshen up. We ordered breakfast 2 mornings which was very reasonably priced, arrived hot and at time we requested. Shower was huge and water pressure fantastic and water hot. Bed was really comfortable and clean. Foxtel channels gave us a wide variety to choose from instead of the usual free to air.This will definitely be our go to place whenever we are in the area for work, value for money and definitely worth every cent.

The only thing was the carpet had a few stains, was worn and an iron burn mark. Only a cosmetic thing that really didn't bother us.

Really loved the comfort of the beds and how clean the room was.

The only issue I had was (and I mean I'm only being picky) but the back units (family ones) that we had the parking can be tricky if you are back at your unit later in the day, all the parks are gone and you have to park away from your room. But like said, just being picky and wanted the rock star car park in front of our room.

An exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-maintained motel. We were greeted by the friendly owner who made registration quick and easy, we immediately felt welcome. The room was fitted out with a toaster, jug, microwave and plenty of biscuits, tea and coffee. The glasses were sparkling and the whole room was modern & immaculate. We couldn't leave without booking our next stay.

There was nothing to dislike.
