The presentation of the room was fantastic and the bathroom was quite impressive for a hotel bathroom. Very comfortable bed

I booked it and it said I had a breakfast included and a bar restaurant in the hotel .. but of course it wasn’t open and of course the price didn’t change for no breakfast so had to go out and find dinner and breakfast after a 12 hour drive

From the dark furniture to the pillows and the art frame, everything reveals a clear intention to give us a sense of luxury. Plenty of free parking, a lift to the upper levels, and sound and lightproof rooms.

The breakfast provides the basics you'd expect from a continental or buffet meal. However, it doesn't create the same “uau” effect as the hotel’s luxurious interior design. Offering more natural fruits than just apples and bananas, fewer canned fruits, or a wider selection of pastries beyond muffins would surely elevate the restaurant to match the luxury feel of the rest of the hotel.

To my surprise after reading some of the reviews, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the second floor on the street side. The room had double glazed windows as well as plantation shutters that blocked nearly all the road noise out. The curtains were nice and thick and the room was dark and great for sleeping. Very comfortable bed with a good selection of pillows. Mini bar was stocked well too. Shower was oversized and pressure was great. Plenty of power points beside the bed for phone charging. A large onsite car park that is well lit. I was lucky enough to get an undercover parking spot up against the building. It’s a little out of town however is only a short walk to the large supermarkets and into town. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. Wasn’t a lot of choice available at 8am. No mushrooms, no hash browns, no bacon no scrambled eggs. The cook went and cooked up some bacon otherwise it would have been poached eggs on toast. I probably wouldn’t have breakfast here again as it just wasn’t worth it!

Hotel located in a central area and although it is next to a main road and train line you hear almost nothing from the outside. With double glazed windows the outside world stays outside. Very reasonably priced and excellently valued breakfast that could not be faulted. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The only fault is the same with so many places now. If you want a decent coffee with breakfast you have to pay extra. I am sure places could wear the few dollars to supply decent coffee. It is a little hard to get in and out but it was manageable

I was not impressed with the restaurant meals. The vegetable curry was the worst I have had. I had a steak for a main also. The steak was nice but I did not enjoy the sauce that went with it. Also, the vegetables were not overly enjoyable. The desserts were delicious but perhaps over sweet. I would suggest having a third party (chef) try the meals and provide feedback. I am sure a few tweaks could make them great. On one occasion, I had a couple near me also not overly happy with their meals. So it was not just me being fussy

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff. Our room was well appointed and in excellent condition. Special mention - we found the beds so comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Air conditioning was excellent.

We opted for the buffet breakfast, big disappointment. On arrival at 07:30 hrs only five or so guests. Staff were disengaged and the buffet food was limited as no one was topping up the food items. So instead of the eight hot items supposedly on offer you were lucky to place three items on your plate. Unless you were prepared to pay extra for baristas coffee , staff just gave us a paper cup for our hot drinks. This failed to meet our expectations of this quality of accommodation.

Lovely quiet room (despite I believe a railway being close-by). Great sized room, quality furnishings, well presented. Modern, clean bathroom. Huge car park. I've already booked twice for my next drive to/from Adelaide!

The restaurant was closed due to the time of year (very early January) but the bistro across the road was excellent for drinks and dinner, and only a minute's walk! Still frustrated I didn't get my driving licence back at check-in (and forgot to ask but wouldn't they have noticed before I checked out) and am still waiting for it over two weeks later, despite a follow up call!

It was very clean. Shower was awesome and bed was super comfy. Curtains blacked out whole room. Great parking. And couldn’t hear outside traffic, due to double glazed windows. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I needed a break from our daughter and her 2 small children that have return to live with us. We needed an afternoon nap. We were both so tired. This a local motel and we saw on sign it said full but when got in car park it was empty and my husband even told person working that the sign said full and he fixed it. Seeing that the motel was empty and husband told him he needed somewhere quiet for a while, he put us in a room that had someone doing maintenance in the hall way 2 doors away. The room was lovely. The curtains black it out and we had a nap of a life time, it was hard to leave but next time even if we didn’t need a nap and motel is empty don’t put people where there is a lot of noise. We needed a break. I’m just so tired. I think I need a real holiday.

We arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time and there were no issues checking in early at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks in the restaurant were excellent, especially happy hour! The location was perfect, literally 5 minutes from everything and everywhere. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I don’t have a negative thing to say about this property, I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

I've stayed in rooms on the third floor three times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice bathrooms too. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent.

During my second visit, people were arguing very loudly and banging doors for a few hours in the early hours of the morning. Reception was closed so I didn't know who to complain to. I took a photo of the security number in case it happened on my third visit which it didn't! The staff could have been a bit more proactive in the restaurant.
