The staff are friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds are to die for.

My company stuffed up my flight dates and I was stranded at the airport at 6am. I had to book a hotel and Rules Club Wagga had 1 room left. I grabbed it! I added a little note outlining my predicament and instead of me wandering around for 5plus hours for check in - Steve called from the hotel and sympathised and allowed me to check in at 730am. I was amazed. That ladies and gentlemen is great customer service. When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely lady behind the check in desk who was singing me a lullaby hahaha. I thought that was awesome. My key card was ready and gave me a bottle of water. It was outstanding.

This was our second stay. Very clean throughout and the room smelt fresh. Our standard room was small but modern with the Bedding, mattress and pillows good quality and comfortable. Love that is has secured parking (locked up at night and with boom gate entrance) and that you can walk 30 meters to the Rules club (also modern and clean) to have breakfast and dinner - which we did. My parents in-law have mobility issues and use a walker. They were placed on the ground floor - no steps at all but there's an elevator for the three floors anyhow. All in all- a very convenient stay.

check in was easy and staff were amazing. Room was exactly as described. It was the perfect location for the event we were attending at Kapooka, a ten minute drive. Right next door was Club Rules where breakfast was also served daily and the meals at night were excellent.

I would have liked the website to have included more of the facilities available. If I had known we had access to bikes and a gym I would have bought another set of clothes.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. This property is adjacent to the Rules Club, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at additional cost. My room was on the ground floor with a busy road at the front of the property, and I am pleased to say that I couldn't hear any traffic noise at all.

The only negative is that reception closes at 8pm every night.

A very comfortable bed with quality linen. A pleasantly decorated room. The occasional chair and a little extra room to spread out was great! As the last "port of call" before returning home after a road trip, the location was ideal for us. The proximity to the club, which we used for pre- dinner drinks, dinner and breakfast the next morning was very welcome, as we were over having to choose places to eat and drink!

A very small thing which did not spoil our stay. The glazing of the bathroom floor tiles was lifting, which was a shame because it detracted from what was otherwise a lovely environment.

This is, in my opinion, the best regional hotel in Australia. Big, modern rooms. Super comfy beds. Huge TV. Great, attentive staff and, if it's your thing, six, that's right six Tesla car chargers in the secured car park. Attention to detail is exceptional. None of this el cheapo biscuit packs of an unpopular sugary offering and a biscuit I've never ever seen in a shopping trolley but delicious shortbread biscuits that I would go out of my way to buy.

The nature of our stays here are late check in and early departure. So I don't like not being able to savour all it has to offer. Tariff is starting to climb a little.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, well equipped, and there was hardly any noise in the hotel, so it was nice and peaceful. It's nicely located next to the Rules club in Wagga so if you want to go for dinner close by, it's very close. The car park is secured and locked and for those with electric cars there's plenty of charging available. There was also bikes to use for guests (not that I used it). They've also got chrome cast in the TV's, so you can stream netflix etc.

The pillow was not very comfortable (too thick for my liking), but other than that the bed was huge and very comfortable. The Hotel is not in the heart of Wagga, so you'd need to drive / ride if you wanted to go into town (about 4k's).

The room was very clean and the staff were pleasant.

The first night we didn’t get much sleep as the room thermostat was set at 25 and we were unable to change it. However the next morning we mentioned it to them and they promptly fixed the issue. I’m guessing it was something in the buildings settings as my parents in another room said the 2nd temperature was much better. We will definitely stay with them again, these things happen. All staff were wonderful and friendly.
