The location of the motel was excellent. The CBD was right down the street and everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. One thing that pleasantly surprised us was that housekeeping came in after the first day to tidy up and refresh the room. Not all motels do it. We appreciate it.

Nothing worth complaining

I arrived with my nurse, to the Motel. I didn't realise that I couldn't use my card due to a Bank mess up!! But the lovely lady said to give her my card + that she'll try it...well, it worked so I was everso grateful she took my card tried it, & it worked...all in about 5 mins!! I'm so happy that I get to stay with you again ....on Monday nite maybe Tuesday nite depending on how my operation goes! All in all, I was thrilled with my visit so thank you kindly. Zero!!

The room was very clean and spacious. Heating was efficient and the shower was strong and hot. The staff we interacted with were delightful and our room was well-managed during our stay.

The walls are thin, so people coughing and televisions operating were disturbing, especially early in the morning and late at night. We were close to the smoking area (a table and chairs outside), so could smell the smoke, especially when we opened our door.

Room was quite spacious, and the shower was wonderful. Hot water and a great rainwater showerhead. Location was good, quiet. Staff member at reception was friendly and welcoming

Could not get free wi-fi password to work, wasn't that important so I didn't make an issue of it. Prefer parking bays that are designated, but we had no trouble finding a spot

it was a late booking for an emergency stopover in wagga - booked online so checkin was straightforward. Liked that it was quiet and had off street parking. Bed extremely comfortable and bedding nicely warm. Toaster, jug, tea facilities all most welcome and the iron / board was a bonus for me to smarten up crushed clothes next morning.

The fan in the en-suite bathroom sounded like a goods train passing through

The room was clean and dark at night when you needed to sleep. The bed was soft and comfortable. It was nice and quiet and close to everything. It had a pool so we could cool off on a very hot day.

The pool could have been a bit cleaner and the fan in bathroom was noisy and one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work above mirror.

It's one of our favourite places to stay but sadly, we weren't in a good room this time. I didn't think it was 'superior'.

I didn't like that we were in a room which joined another. The man in the next room talked really loudly through the night as well as having the tv loud, which was on our adjoining wall. My husband ended up stuffing a towel under the connecting door and then closing our door to try and make it more quiet, but it didn't help. We were planning on staying a second night, but decided not to and went somewhere else. If you look at my first photo you can see the connecting doors, next to where the television is.

Clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom good size and shower good pressure. Overall well decorated and spacious.

There was no electric jug, so had to use the microwave to make a cup of coffee, which overflowed. Made a simple job into a difficult one. No restaurant.

Lovely room comfortable and clean. Would recommend to others

There was no plug in the bathroom so my husband couldn’t shave. But also it would have been useful to wash up dishes also no dish cloth. There was a tea towel and dish soap so if it was expected it wasn’t possible

Room is basic yet clean and comfortable. It is value for money and relatively quiet. Nice area for a walk up to the river along the bike path.

The bed wasn't super comfortable but have stayed many times before and found the beds to be good.
