I love that we had a king size bed and there was plenty of room within the room with the lounge and a coffee table which was quite unexpected

I didn’t like that the air-conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was an extremely hot day of 38° and I had the air conditioning going all night but it certainly wasn’t cooling the room down as much as i thought. I think the air-conditioners need servicing. The other problem was when we got home from our wedding we were attending. There was nowhere to park. My husband parked our car where I think would be another exit from the motel but unfortunately that was the only park left.

What a wonderful location! Luke was very accommodating for us, even though we were booking in on Christmas Day. The room was very clean and had a very nice spring smell - it is amazing how many stale rooms we stay in over the course of the year. Everything was wonderful! We will definitely visit again if we are driving to Melbourne again!

There really wasn't anything to dislike - because we were staying on Christmas night, and we were late arriving, we didn't have access to room service or customer service (outside of the owner ringing me and arranging key pickup and payment as his family, quite rightly, were going to spend Christmas together. So, no complaints, just that we didn't get the whole experience that the owners offer.

Staff were wonderful and late check in was no problem to organise. The room was clean and a great size, with everything you could possibly need during your stay including a charging cube beside the bed for phones etc. Location was great, just a short walk to several food outlets and a service station for drinks and snacks. The saltwater pool was lovely and clean where we enjoyed a dip to freshen up. We ordered breakfast 2 mornings which was very reasonably priced, arrived hot and at time we requested. Shower was huge and water pressure fantastic and water hot. Bed was really comfortable and clean. Foxtel channels gave us a wide variety to choose from instead of the usual free to air.This will definitely be our go to place whenever we are in the area for work, value for money and definitely worth every cent.

The only thing was the carpet had a few stains, was worn and an iron burn mark. Only a cosmetic thing that really didn't bother us.

A very friendly greeting upon arrival from Luke & Tegan which made me feel at home. A large comfortable room with a sofa, table and chairs and plenty of storage space. Huge bed. Very quiet room. I loved the electric blanket with heating from 1-10 and a timer. Big bathroom, and the cleanliness throughout the room was obvious to see and enjoy. Gloria Jeans next door and 3 restaurants and a Coles Express 100m away. (If you like Pizza, Bel Air is magnificent ! !)

A larger TV would be good which is easy for me to say when I only have to buy one.

The Lincoln Cottage Motor Inn was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We booked the accessible room which comfortably fitted 2 wheelchair users. The bathroom is a fully accessible wet room with a roll in shower with the option of a pull down seat, ample of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and perform safe transfers with ease. Anyone travelling with a wheelchair to Wagga, highly recommend the Lincoln Cottage Motor Inn. Not only are they wheelchair friendly but from booking to arriving to leaving, the lovely family who run the Lincoln Cottage were absolutely delightful and maintains the rooms to the highest standards.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

An exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-maintained motel. We were greeted by the friendly owner who made registration quick and easy, we immediately felt welcome. The room was fitted out with a toaster, jug, microwave and plenty of biscuits, tea and coffee. The glasses were sparkling and the whole room was modern & immaculate. We couldn't leave without booking our next stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Loved the service we received. The owners were welcoming and accommodated all of my and my two children’s needs. Family friendly place, was able to order brekkie items which made it easy for my children to eat as soon as they got up. Lots of lovely recommendations of places to eat, coffee spots, and activities that were kid friendly. Play area for the kids to climb and swing. Clean and lots of lovely added touches like fresh milk for tea. Highly recommend!

Well presented, recently renovated room with a comfy bed. Toiletries. Breakfast option was a great idea. Undercover playground for little kids. Plenty of parking. Pool and bbq area. Staff were willing to take the time to explain things. Microwave, toaster and crockery in the room is a useful feature.

No underlay under the carpet. Very hard floor. Electric blanket (yuck) on the bed. It’s late Spring, the room is air conditioned - not necessary.

Staff were really nice, helped with late check in after we had car troubles on the way. Put AC on for us because of the heat. Bed were comfortable.

Only an AC unit in the main room. It was too hot in the bedroom despite a ceiling fan and had the door open to let the AC try to get cool air in, so we all ended up piling into the main room to sleep. But it was 39 that day, so I understand it wasn't entirely normal weather circumstances.

Loved the clean smell upon arrival into the room! Room was spacious for 3 adults , had its own kitchen with all the necessary kitchen equipment we would’ve required had we stayed longer. Bathroom was modern and most importantly clean all round. Reception staff were very welcoming and had given us an upgrade to a larger room of the same bed configuration so we could have more room, being 3 adults - a lovely surprise which was very much appreciated! Beds were comfy too.
