The staff were lovely, the nicest and were very quick to react to a very unusual situation that arose as I was taking my gear into the apartment. The end result was better for me as the room I was given (after the unusual event), even though identical in size, was on a higher floor and therefore had loads more light and was much, much, much nicer.

It could have been a little cleaner. There was lots of hair in the bathroom - even in the nicer room. So even though it had been cleaned and looked clean, there was hair in the bathroom which was totally foul and which I picked up before taking my shoes off. Having said that, I know it is really hard to find and retain staff in regional areas so all things considered it was still pretty good.

Very helpful staff in Reception, able to accomodate our needs after Booking.com website mucked up our booking request.

We used Booking.com website in the afternoon to make an urgent request for overnight accommodation, i.e. that evening. Somehow the website couldn't cope and I didn't notice that they had changed the dates I had requested to the following day. No damned use to us, but I didn't notice that the request had been mucked up. Fortunately, reception staff at Quest Apartments Wagga were able to accomodate us for the Friday night. Bad Booking.com, good Quest Apartments.

Reception Staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival Very apologetic when we had to evacuate into the gold at night due to someone burning their dinner and grateful we all followed protocol

Washing machine didn't wash our clothes properly the whole time so had to hand wash a lot and find a laundry bed was bowed in the middle was glad to get back to my own bed Cleaning consisted of making bed, replacing towels and taking rubbish. no vacuuming, not wiping things down the whole week we were there and a lot of dusty things when we arrived and mould starting in shower gave a lower rating due to the poor cleaning

Quest always delivers. The one bedroom apartment was large and very well fitted out including a large and comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well equipped and our car was parked very close to our room. Last but by no means least, the staff are excellent - check in was cheerful and efficient and checkout likewise. Quest is located in a beautiful tree lined street a few minutes walk from the main street. We ate at a very good Italian wine bar, Meccanico, which was about a 5-6 minute walk away.

No view, if I booked in again I’d ask for an apartment but I didn’t know that first time. When my daughter and I arrived we couldn’t find a park. With valuable things in the car, we felt unsafe leaving it on the street. People took up car parks with their trailers. Assume these people were moving to Wagga too , not ideal but not the end of the world either. I loved the standard of the room and will happily book again when I come to visit my daughter. Thanks for a lovely stay. Well done.

Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarket. A clean room with a comfortable bed and excellent shower head and pressure. The kitchenette was an added bonus. Thank you for the thoughtful gift and the little note attached for the athletes competing in the touch football tournament. The lollies and bottled water were greatly appreciated.

It was overpriced, and I can only assume it was because the town was holding a large sporting event, which meant that accommodation was hard to find. It also meant that the carpark was extremely full.

Good location close to Main Street with beautiful apartments that provided comfort, security and privacy. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that had everything, very comfortable separate bedroom, bathroom with washer & dryer , full sized kitchen with dishwasher and private balcony with outdoor furniture. Couldn’t have asked for more it was very spacious, clean, modern & comfortable

Location was excellent; close to local shops and restaurants. Convenient for easy travel by vehicle around town. The apartment was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It suited our needs (self-contained, staying for a few nights) we'll and we would definitely be a returning customer.

Our apartment had a couple of 'fair wear and tear' items that - for the rate your paying per night - could be better maintained (chipped kitchen floor tiles peeling paint at bottom of laundry cupboard).

The kitchen was well lit and equipped to prepare meals. The dining was well arranged to host small get togethers. The pool was nice and refreshing. Great family friendly environment. Housekeeping staff were very helpful.

During peak times the car space area closer to the apartments can be filled with trailers. It would be ideal to have a dedicated area for trailers to allow more cars to be parked near the apartments.

Beautiful apartment, and wonderful size for 3 grown adults. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Beds were comfortable, though you could tell it was 2 singles made into a double. Lovely styling, and facilities were fantastic. Very cosy, even during a cold Wagga winter. Would love to come again and try the pool when the weather is warmer.

The bedroom TV couldn't access some channels due to being older and the station running a higher quality picture.
