Perfect location for my 2 night stay. Reception lady was exceptionally friendly & nice. Great detail about the Motel & the checking out process. Loved the lay out of the room i got - like a flat! We were able to walk to the main street from the Motel - so convenient. Air Conditioner worked very well. Great sized television. Beautiful bathroom, with lovely fluffy towels. Kitchenette was perfect. The beds were quite comfortable. Beautiful decor in the room

The blind in the kitchenette could do with a good clean, and unfortunately it didn't block out enough of the outside light for me - flat was too lit up for me at night. There was some tapping sound outside both nights too. I couldn't work out what it was, but it kept us awake throughout the night. I thought maybe a drop somewhere, but it was louder than that. Bed sheets were a little too starched for me.

The room was lovely and comfortable thankyou. I really enjoyed it. It was a very cold weekend, so the heater was wonderful. Having a clean kitchenette was invaluable! Thankyou. The location and cleanliness was lovely. And the front house staff lady, was very friendly and kind.

I do have some suggestions for room 16: Another shelf or two in the bathroom would be great, one to place clothes on and another for toiletries and one in the shower for shampoo and conditioner, etc. The lamp power plugs were badly bent as the bed bangs into them, so don't turn on. The toilet lid was broken. And the toilet roll is unable to be reached from the toilet. Probably better positioned on the wall in front. I was locked out of my room on my check out morning, my digital code didn't work, so found a kind staff member who helped me back in, who said this happens all the time.

Our stay was a delightful experience! The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. We truly enjoyed unwinding and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to return!

There was no negative feedback. Adding a small oven would be great. During cold weather, we could use it to warm our food. Special travel with a family. I have seen some accommodations that provide "microwave ovens", including reheating and oven functions. You can check it out.

Location, location, location. Beds were comfortable. Room clean and well stocked with towels etc and extra blankets.

At no fault of the motel we were in the first apartment closest to the road and at night you heard everything. Not sure if the glass was too thin in the rooms but it sounded like the windows were open. No pressure in the shower and quite hard to regulate between hot and cold. Which wasn’t good for our little ones as the shower was the right temp and in the next breath it went to scolding hot or cold.

Really nice location near the main street, galleries and river. Our apartment looked like it had been refurbished pretty recently and was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. Unusally nice towels for a motel! All the staff were lovely, special thanks to Tracy who was so accommodating when our plans changed at the last minute.

A couple of small things need updating e.g. ironing board and TV remote. Overall it's a comfy place for a small family to hang out though.

Clean, spacious apartments. In city centre. Great value as well. Highly recommended if you are staying in Wagga Wagga. Thanks, Tracy, for the assistance.

Although much better blankets were provided and were enough to cope with cold. However, the apartment being on the first floor with not much heating sources was a bit cold. Water temperature in showers was also fluctuating. While the stay was fabulous, I believe this can be improved.

We had a very spacious room with a double bed and a single, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom is massive! The beds were all very comfortable and the unit was very clean. The road noise was almost non-existent so that was a plus. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I don't necessarily think it was good value for money but compared to other accommodation in the area it was better much value than some, and given how clean it was I was happy to pay extra for that.

The parking was a nightmare because they were fully booked. The parking issue was not the hotel's fault as there is enough parking for the number of rooms but so many people can't park between the lines! This meant parking was very tight as some spots could not be used (other than by a motorbike).

Our second stay - it’s the perfect location when visiting Wagga for a show at the Civic Theatre. The rooms are always clean, the beds comfortable and the pricing is good.

There was an annoying repetitive mechanical noise outside the room that disturbed my sleep. Breakfast wasn’t available, despite the menu being in the room. Fortunately, there’s a new cafe just across the street (back of Myers).

Lovely and clean, bathrooms and kitchenette nicely renovated. Nice towels. Make up removal wipes - wonderful addition. Very comfy bed and fantastic pillows (difference between a good night’s sleep and not!) I had a problem with the power in my room after reception had closed and customer service response was truly brilliant, and so appreciated after arriving late after a long day’s work and travel. I travel to Wagga fairly regularly and have found this little gem previously - will make this my regular accommodation.

Plugging in the iron shorted out the power and couldn’t get all the lights back on … didn’t really matter as there were sufficient lamps etc, which was great, and help was offered if I needed it. Most responsive and gracious customer service I’ve encountered for quite a while and it really made a difference to a very brief stay - thank you.
