Everything about my stay was awesome. I had looked at a few places to stay in the Gatton area & this looked to be the best option for me. I booked for 3 weeks so I really hoped it was going to be a nice place to stay, Upon arriving I checked in & found the managers to be super polite & helpful. The site was extremely clean & well presented, my room was spotless & had everything that I needed for my stay. The housekeeping team were also very polite & friendly & nothing was ever an issue. There is free to use washing machines & dryers on site (including washing powder) Food is also available delivered to your room. Keep up the amazing work that you do, thanks for having me & can't waiting to stay again next year!!

The room was a generous size. The kitchenette was very handy. The bed was very comfortable and having extra pillows and a blanket was a bonus. The room was clean and fresh each day when we returned in the evening. Parking bays were undercover, generous for larger vehicles and close to the rooms. A bonus was a communal BBQ area where guests and their visitors could gather. Conveniently located in the township. The managers and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating, a well run establishment.

I love this motel and it is our first choice whenever we are visiting family in the area. The room is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable with an excellent kitchenette and a well laid out, compact bathroom. My husband loves the fact that there is milo in the selection of beverages offered. The owners are very friendly.

If you were travelling for work, there is no table and chair that could be used as a desk, which could be a negative for some people. The bucket arm chairs may not be super comfortable if you want to relax, without lying on the bed, but these are really minor issues. My husband also thinks the bed is a little firm, but I think it's fine!

The bed and lounge were both comfortable. It was a great sized room and an exceptional amount of power points throughout the whole room. Loved that you could choose between having the entire room well lit or dimly lit. Room had 2 TV's, one in the sitting area and one on the wall beside the bed that could be pulled away from the wall to watch comfortably from the bed. Overall, I highly recommend this Motel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like about the room.

Very clean. The detailed guest notes in the folder were very helpful. Though during this stay we did not use the food services on offer, which were more than just a breakfast, we will remember that for our next visit. Only a very short drive into the very centre of Gatton for the many stores there, e.g. Coles, IGA.

During the stay, we reported three minor problems with the fittings. But the staff quickly took these issues on board, and two out of three were fixed during our two night stay. And they updated us that the third needed a slightly longer term fix.

We received a warm reception at the hotel on arrival. Housekeeping was offered throughout the stay to change towels and replenish supplies but we opted not too as we only arrived the night before. Tea and coffee generously stocked. And cutlery and crockery well stocked. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall hotel grounds is clean and well set out. Free laundry is a big bonus especially in Gatton.

There was no taxi service in town but nothing the hotel could help with. Maybe this could be something to consider for later, contract a local person to offer this service to guests.

The office staff were friendly and answered all question. Made feel welcome from the moment we entered the office. Were offered cold water on our arrival. The free pens made my son's day. Introduced to new owners. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The refreshment tray was well stocked, the bathroom essentials were really good, especially liked the sewing kit, and the bathroom essentials were really appreciated. The meals were really well presented, prices were good value.

No complaints. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Very good, easy to find, good car parking, nice clean good sized room and bathroom, also a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster, nice staff and a pub less than ten minutes walk away that serves good food! The town of Gatton is only about 25 minutes walk too! Also the famous Queensland Transport Museum is next door with an excellent cafe, although currently the museum is closed for renovations until April I believe.

Nothing to dislike.

The kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff at the Kitchenette are very complete. This hotel also provides free use of washer and dryer, even the laundry detergent is provided. Friendly staff who won’t hesitate to provide any complimentary items in the room that has been used up. Across the road from the hotel there is a park where one can take a walk and a cafe to eat in.

The Queen room is quite small, only have enough space to open one luggage. The shower partitions is too small, as we showered the water will splash out and wet the floor mat.

Convenient, had everything needed for a short stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with, great customer service.

The furniture in room was slightly dated with signs of cosmetic wear and tear (the front paneling of the shelving was loose, small chunks of plaster damage on the wall separating room and bathroom). None of these defects significantly impacted our use of the room though!
