Peter and Marion are super hosts. They connected very well and made us feel welcome. They were always available. They were very supportive to sort out the slightest of problems. Jasmine, the host, was willing to accommodate us every time. Thank you for being so flexible. It is lovely to be part of the family.

Inconsiderate guests. You get them everywhere. I am so glad there were only a few. Marion is great in keeping the order.

Value for money. Everything you need for an overnight rest on your road trip. Fellow guests were respectful and quiet. You could hear everyone walking very early in the morning but that's fine because we had to get up very early aswell to continue on our road trip. Free street parking over night. Note that there's no secure parking and the toilets/bathrooms are shared. I never had to wait to use them. You have drawers and clothes hangers and sink and TV in the room. I'm a light sleeper but was able to sleep well. Couldn't hear any noise from the pub even though we stayed on a Friday night.

Could hear someone vomiting at 2 different occasions during the late night/ early morning. Aside from that nil issues.

Friendly atmosphere, mostly quiet. Soft carpets. Marion is awesome, so helpful, so friendly. She connects so well with visitors. Peter is friendly too, quiet and gentlemanly. Comfy beds. We had some room change request due to personal preferences, which was so kindly accommodated. Thank you so much for all your kindness and compassion. Go team Met!

I really appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and affordable price. The high ceilings and tall, vintage-style windows added a charming retro touch. Although the room was small, it felt open and airy.

The bedding had a noticeable bleach smell, and there was a slight unpleasant odor. The hot water in the shower was a bit slow to come out, perhaps because the facilities are a little outdated.

Love the soft thick carpet floor. Quiet spacious rooms. Beds were super comfortable. Cupboards, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Large fridge freezer in kitchen. Good communication. Location, location, location! 3 min walk to greyhound bus station. 7 min to Grand ce ntral shopping centre or library. Kitchen was sufficient. Always love to stay here. Thank you all

Everyone there was like family, even the other guests! Adore the owner and the cleaner so much, excited to go back and see everyone! When you come here, expect community. This place is filled with love, care and is all about sharing I love it so much ❤️

The tiny staircase but it's cozy and always cute when you bump into one of the other neighbours so I still really loved it ❤️

This is budget accommodation at its finest. It's quiet and clean and in a very convenient location. The zero-contact check-in process was new to me and I didn't mind it one bit. Even though the place was apparently packed, I didn't see or hear any of the other guests the whole time I was there.

A fridge and/or microwave in the communal kitchen area would have been handy - the kitchen is literally just a bench with a sink in it.

The location and price are perfect for travellers who want to enjoy the night-life and dining out. Very close to all forms of public transport and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. It has a secure entrance for guests only and is also perfect for those travelling with kids.

Its a little hard to find if you're new to it but staff are available on the phone. The uber eats drivers cab get a little confused if you are ordering food.

Marion is a very lovely person and her children are very well behaved you didn’t really see them or hear them.Overall Marion did her best to please everyone and she had time to speak to everyone and made you feel welcome

Clean and functional room, quiet, breezy, handy TV and a good fan. Bathroom had strong shower, no waiting. Kitchen was handy with use of the fridge, china and cutlery etc, coffee pod machine, kettle and microwave.

Bit more furniture in room- small table, proper chair, rug and mirror would be good. A thick mattress protector for the slightly springy mattress. All supplied furniture functional.
