We loved these apartments. Supplied with everything we needed for self catering. Bed and pillows super comfy. Designated carspace with a carport right outside the apartment, so easy for unloading/loading the car in the rain. The weather was cold and wet during our stay, the heater worked a treat. The apartments had a communal coin operated laundry which was gratefully utilised. Coins are available at reception if you run short. We'd stay here again should we pass through Toowoomba in the future.

It was a little tricky turning into the driveway for the first time off a busy road when you're not familiar with it. There's a big tree out the front in the middle of the driveway and we overstepped the entrance. But once you see it, it makes sense. But that's the only minor problem we had. Everything else was spot on.

Ample space within rooms. Reasonably quiet considering the complex appeared heavily booked for the night. Did not have opportunity to sample restaurant/breakfast this time. Small point - At first glance on entering, it appeared someone had been on bed as doona rumpled (not straightened) but sheets, etc clean and fresh.

Smokers congregated right next door. Cigarette smell so heavy as soon as we got out of car. Much too close to apartments. (Unit 28??) Not sure if you’ve heard of Glassguard ? Awesome product to remove mould from grout / tiles in bathroom (no - I don’t get a commission for recommending. Just a product a friend recommended to me 🤣. It really works!)

Love that there was the option for 2 seperate bedrooms. Place was really clean, beds were soft. It was great there was a pool and games room.

The restaurant is only open Monday-Thursday. Would like there to be option of room service at night if you advertise a restaurant. We stayed in unit 22 and from about 8.30pm till 7am there was a loud motor sound coming through the bedroom wall which had the King bed. It was like a generator was running that would change gears like a car in idle. Impossible to sleep through that. Bedrooms were swapped for the 2nd night and that person also suffered the motor sound. Not sure if it was from an air conditioner in the room next door or what the sound was. Reported the noise to the office.

Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped but could do with a couple of dishes to be used in the microwave for cooking in or reheating. We had the room closest to the main road and yet it was very quiet.

We ended up staying for 4 nights and had to asked for additional cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We thought they may have offered this or fresh towels, when we extended our stay twice at the office. The only other issue was the 2 x extremely bright external lights directly outside our room. Was great if you were walking around outside at night but the blind just wasn't good enough to keep the light out. Additional blockout curtain over the blind would have solved the problem. We could walk around and make a coffee at night with all lights off.

Very welcoming staff. Room was spacious, extremely clean and very modern. Loved the colour of the decor. Plenty of hanging space. A full size fridge was nice and come in handy. Plenty of car parking on site. The bed was comfy. Couldn't hear the people in the next room - bliss. Don't like hearing the conversation in the room next door or TV. Location for our trip was perfect! Couldn't hear the traffic - which is always a bonus for us. Easy to find. Will stay again on our many trips to Toowoomba and have already recommended to family and friends. Athena was a great find for us.

Nothing really. However, we did find the pillows were too low for us. But that is our personal preference.

Lots of space, comfortable, clean and good location! Pool was fun for the kids and everything you need for an easy family stay.

The townhouse (number 5) could do with a paint and there’s quite a few things that need attention; some tiles on the bathroom floor you cannot stand on as they are caving in, sliding doors stuck and the steep staircase could do with an extra railing as the top part is hard up against the wall so there’s actually nothing to grab on to! However none of this interrupted our stay.

The townhouse was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It has a full kitchen so you can self-cater. One bathroom (shower over bath) with separate toilet and handbasin located upstairs. There is a laundry and toilet downstairs The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. All are located upstairs. Off-street parking (a garage is available, too!) right outside the townhouse. The townhouse is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues as the living and sleeping areas are separated by a steep staircase.

Everything about the townhouse was great!

Apartment had plenty of room, great location and easy to find in town, well priced, parking space was only okay as we have a larger vehicle, as space was tight (easy for a small car). Beds were comfortable (very comfortable bed for me). Kitchen was clean and everything easy to find.

The floor tiles on the main level and entry were very slippery, it was worse due to the rain at the time. No handrail in the bathroom for assisting limited bodied persons getting in and out of shower over bath.

Great place to stay. Excellent location and great facilities. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and very comfortable. Apartments set back from the road so it's very quiet. It was quite cold out but the apartment was very cosy because it was heated. Undercover parking available. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of our accomodation. Staff were lovely on check in and out. No complaints.

Beds were fine and the room was suitable to the requirements of a night overstay for us and our two 14-year-olds. Great location in Toowoomba, easy parking. Room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet.

I wish the lounge/sofa was more comfortable and there was an Otterman to set your feel/legs on. When watching the TV in the main area turning my head left just to watch from the lounge was not the best.
