Only stayed for 1 night but it was very clean and the staff were lovely. We were able to have a slightly early check-in, which was welcome. Great location with a Woolworths just down the road. Beds were comfy and the shower was fine. Rooms are well insulated for noise. Very handy to have a dedicated, big carpark right outside.

Complimentary water in the fridge (tap water is fine) as it is not very nice to drink water from the bathroom tap and there's no other sink.

The staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. It was 20 mins walking distance to the Newtown Rose Garden which was a perfect morning walk. The driving distance to the many gardens for the carnival of flowers was good. We were a family group of 5 and the one bedroom apartment fitted us comfortably for our needs. We only needed a bed to sleep in. The kitchenette and full sized fridge (not a bar fridge) were a bonus. Thanks we would definitely consider staying again.

Motels were always bed & breakfast in the old days, so was lucky to find one still providing brekkie . Very welcoming and friendly staff.

No kitchen sink;; prefer breakfast table in lounge area; TV in loungeroom not linked to Stan for viewing British Lions match, only available on TV in bedroom.

The ensuite room did not have an AC and it was getting quite hot in the morning from the window. Yes, the lounge had an AC unit but unless you keep the door open it's not doing the trick - but that defeats the ensuite privacy, etc.

Location was excellent and rooms were spotless. Beds very comfortable There were a number of places directly across the road to get dinner Staff were very friendly

The down side is the air conditioning room. There were no aircon in bedrooms making them a bit warm and stuffy A shame there was no restaurant or room service for night meal

The location of the hotel is great, the beds are comfortable, the spa suite was very roomy. I really appreciated that guests were spaced out, it gives that great feeling of a bit of space when there are no direct "neighbours". All of the team were absolutely brilliant; very friendly and helpful.

There is some traffic noise, but that is not the hotel's fault ;)

A spacious and comfortable stay. It was close to where we were visiting. There was everything we needed.

Other cars parked directly in front of our room and seeing their car lights. A few homely decorations would have been lovely but it really was nice.

Fabulous room with sitting room separated from bedroom area. Two televisions one in the bedroom. Spotless with all amenities provided. Great staff member who greeted us on arrival close to restaurants and the city centre. No problem parking.

Could not fault this motel it was just excellent in every way

Smell of cleaning products as soon as we opened the door. Lovely clean linen and comfortable bed. Clean, good sized bathroom. Loved the sitting area. Nice, quiet area. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Undercover parking right at our room door was great. Nice motel.

Staff were very accommodating and absolutely amazing and friendly. Heard minimal road noise, room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable and it had a smart TV and mini bar.

Wish the restaurant was still operating. But Uber eats is always available.
