Very spacious and comfortable room off the main road so very quiet as well. Located in a shopping precinct which provides access to supermarkets, restaurants and take away shops. City centre is only a 5 minute drive away.

The check in was a little akward, reception was shut with a sign to go to the Bistro. Signage to the Bistro is poor and ended up walking through the pokies only to be told to go back to the pokies to check in.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing the room didn't have a remote for the television and the staff couldn't do enough to make up for that. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I do not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

Older motel but had all amenities we wanted. Beds very comfortable. Very private and quiet location. Shops and food outlets within 2 minute walk. Fantastic Bistro within hotel.

No remote for TV.

Helpful and friendly staff. Beverages , kettle , hair dryer, microwave and fridge provided. Good value for money. Excellent location to shops and fast food restaurants . Hotel restaurant offers good menu choices. Parking space .

A few holes in insect screen . Bathroom door had no lock.

Convenient location, all shops, cafes, hotels nearby and easy to depart town

The check-in at 4pm pm on Friday was poor. After a 3 hour ride on a motorcycle and still wearing riding gear, having to find a particular location and the building was annoying. Have a system where the staff finds its customers, not the other way around.

Was all great except reception.

Reception was not open. We had to go into the bar to check in. Then when trying to check out we went to reception to see it closed again, with a sign of what to do. Some communication in regards of reception being closed would have been nice.

I love the water pressure of the shower. I love how everything is really clean and feels refreshing and not stuffy like in some hotels. I love how close it is to everything with different restaurants, cafes, shops etc. and still not too crowded. Very convenient location.

No laundry area for the guest.

everything was exceptional nice bed very good shower nice big desk I had an Iveco van and although it did not fit under the carport, I could park where it was convenient.

There was nothing that I did not like about this Hotel It had every thing you would find in a five star Motel and much more there is plenty of room as the room is large with bathroom.

The rooms were very nice and each of our rooms had air-conditioning which was excellent seeing as there was no actual loungeroom. The location was awesome and the hotel was nice and close. The staff at both places were exceptional. Will definitely be staying there again

The only thing that wasn't excellent was the shower. The water pressure wasn't great. The toilet unfortunately had excrement in it as it was cleaned properly but after a flush it was fine.

Everything there food drinks pokies behind are shops bottle shops wollies coles post office bank and its a drive into town we always stay here my hubby and myself 10/10 cant hear anything either very good sleep
