We just had a last minute stay when travelling and decided we had gone far enough. The staff were fantastic. The room was awesome. A lot of parking and I felt my car was very safe there. We decided we couldn't be bothered going out again for some dinner so thought would give the restaurant a go. And wow! Food and service there were amazing and fantastic price. More than comparable to the local clubs and pubs. So after we had such a lovely dinner I thought may as well order breakfast and that was high quality also. Next time we are travelling that way I will be stopping again for sure!

There was nothing I could fault

This place is amazing, from the beautiful pool with a jacuzzi connected or relaxing in a spa bath with room service. Even the restaurant they have there is fantastic & each child was happy with everything they ate.! (Fussy eaters) the staff were so friendly & really made you feel welcomed. Katerina was absolutely fantastic with service from the receptionist to doing room service or being at the restaurant. She was amazing when I had my niece in the restaurant with me & when she did room service. Thank you so so much to all the amazing staff there.!

That I had to go home..!!

The room was very spacious, we had access to all the paid tv channels - Netflix, Stan, Binge etc. We had a comfy 3 seater dining table that was very adequate for the room. We also had good weather and ate our dinner outside in the back patio usb changers on each side of the bed for ease. The shower was roomy and modern, clean and felt clean. The room was modern and light and bright. Like the price for the room and the fact that there is a swimming pool which was used on the warm weather of the stay.

I did not like the fact that there were no dinner plates, no cutlery and no milk in the fridge for the morning cuppa. Those were the only let downs that

Staff were so friendly and extremely accomadating, they really look after you there! We enjoyed the ease and convenience of room service, and the food was delicious - you must try the pancakes for breakfast they are so good! Great location and lovely pool to enjoy. Our private outdoor area was great. Room spacious and clean. Large shower and everything we needed was provided.. even makeup wipes, which i had forgotten! We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night. What a treat to relax and have everything at your fingertips! We will book here again on our next trip to town.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Motel provided everything I required including a laundry room and great room service. Room was clean, quiet, a good size and provided a usable private balcony. Ensuite was also a good size with adequate bench space and a great walk in shower. Proper power points and USB chargers on the bedside tables next to both sides of the bed made it easy to organise devices.

Whilst the beds were comfortable they could possibly be a little better, but still slept ok.

Large king room with space to spread out, fresh air with sliding patio doors, excellent lighting next to & above bed, both bedside tables had their own dual charging stations and a bathroom that two people can fit easily into at the same time. With stormy weather and no desire to go out for dinner, having an onsite restaurant that offered room service was a huge bonus! We definitely will be back, best value for money when seeking a stay close to the hospital with free onsite parking.

Being next to a big busy service station and noisy James Street but with air con on & sliding doors closed, the outside noise was reduced considerably.

The room at the Platinum International was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The environment is quiet and the rooms offer more privacy than can be the case for a ground floor room. The availability car parking is generous for the number of rooms at the property. Staff members were friendly and helpful with advice. The location of the property is convenient, being not far from the Toowoomba City Centre and within easy reach of other facilities and services.

We had some difficulty getting the right temperature setting for the room air conditioner, although the temperature in the room did not feel uncomfortable. The opening times for the restaurant were limited during our stay, which was on a long weekend.

I cannot fault this motel & highly recommend booking here. I have stayed in hundreds of places & I’m so impressed with this place. The staff at reception were delightful, the room was modern, spacious & very clean, it was very well appointed with things like make up removal wipes, shaving cream & delicious coffees. The bed is really comfortable, the breakfast delivered to the room was exceptional, the shower was hot with good pressure & just the attention to detail left me wanting for nothing more. There’s also a lovely pool & restaurant & all for an extremely reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back.

Cannot fault the property.

The room was super nice! The bed was comfy and huge, the towels were fluffy and comfortable! The location was perfectly central to where I needed to go. The check in/out process was smooth and the staff member in reception was super friendly and welcoming! Plenty of parking available and handy to have an onsite restaurant, I'll be sure to check it out next visit!

My stay wasn't long enough, I easily could have spent a few nights here!

Beds comportable, clean. Modern, tidy. Heaps of complementaries, bar fridge full of choices, nice big shower, nice cool aircon, good size tv, was quite couldn't hear any loud guest even in a holiday. Overall pleasant stay.

Wasn't huge deal but microwave would have been nice and plates or cutlery. Wasn't that big of a deal for our stay though, and if your fussy the room was perfectly fine and clean and tidy.
