The staff were very warm and friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the in-room tea and coffee facilities were great, the room had it's own AC unit, so I could choose my own temperature. The location was surprisingly quiet.

AC unit thermostat switching on and off woke me once or twice (I'm a very light sleeper though), I would have loved more covered parking, but it was a safe and clean carpark and I didn't have to park on the street or pay for parking.

We had a 3 night stay. Our room was on the second floor. There are no lifts so if you can't negotiate a full set of stairs make sure you ask for a ground floor room. Our room was spacious and faced west so in the afternoon we had sun streaming in. This was great as it was a bit chilly. There was also a small balcony. The bathroom had a large shower area with lovely constant hot water. The king size bed was very comfy. There are only coffee and tea making facilities with a sink and bar fridge with small freezer. Air con works well. Reasonably sized tv. We had breakfast included in our stay. The restaurant downstairs had a good selection for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which is a bonus. Plenty of outdoor parking. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the center of town. Within walking distance to the Empire Theatre. Very quiet even though it was fully booked during our stay. Great curtains. Kept our room really dark so we slept in.

We had a conjoined room as we have two children - loved this. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms are modern and appreciated the balcony. Overall this motel is good and would stay again.

Only down was we couldn’t get the aircon to work on the kids side - but didn’t stay long enough to worry about getting it fixed, and Saturday night/Sunday morning you can’t order food from the restaurant which was odd being a weekend

We had a wonderful very comfortable stay at potters hotel. The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and really accomodating of our needs. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a getaway. It’s very close to the main shopping centre, cafes and restaurants. We would definately stay there again if we’re visiting Toowoomba again. Thankyou to all the staff At potters Toowoomba

Lovely hotel with modern decor and easy access to the car and the complimentary laundry room if you stay on the ground floor. Our room had a private outside patio, t'was nice to enjoy some fresh air and greenery. The hotel is also located conveniently near (550m) a big mall and town, yet it is peaceful and quiet. V friendly and helpful staff too.

The location is perfect so close to Grand central shopping centre just a few minutes walk. Clean and spacious room and safe area. The most accommodating staff I have ever met in a long time, Bonny was amazing and catered to all my needs. Love the sink in the room. Carpets and floors looked new. Next time I would love to try a meal in their restaurant.

The room was large with a large comfortable bed. The furnishings were modern and attractive. I particularly liked the lounge seating area with a coffee table and feature lighting. The kitchenette area was well appointed. Lovely bathroom. Great undercover parking. We took the complimentary Uber to the Golf Club for dinner, which was a lovely addition to the stay.

Good location and staff the room was clean and looked good. The reception area was good also.

The long corridors with many doors to rooms and twin beds that were a little too firm in minimal sized rooms and ensuites reminded me of staff quarters on a ship or resort. Too expensive for basic accomodations. Otherwise it served our purpose being close to where we were going.

Staff were helpful - we arrived after 7pm and as I had meetings were able to stay an additional hr the following morning (so grateful), communication was great. Restaurant was lovely! I had the pork chop - so tasty and sliced like butter! My partner had the shank Wellington. Breakfast was filling but not overly done!

Bed was ok except for the division between the two mattresses; The room was fine and it was beautiful and clean with the staff being exceptional each day tidying it for us. The only downfall was the narrow non draining Caesar stone sink in the bathroom which continually required wiping down/drying up the spill (unable to wash face in or the basics brushing teeth etc). This could be as simple as having each of the sinks removed and enlarging the square hole and cutting in a bevel to the inner edge of the beautiful Caesar stone and re-installing. The shower - the head or rose was too small and no need to have a hose connected - install an extra large fixed head with small angle adjustment straight down would be an improvement; water difficult to keep inside, sprays out of the containment area wetting the outside floor - this could be remedied by making the containment wall longer - change out the glass sheet for a 3/4 height wall with recess built in perhaps. I know this is all cost and things are built to budget but it would certainly bring the experience to very high for what is already a beautiful little complex.

Staff friendliness everywhere, cleaners, reception, restaurant and a willingness to help. Staff are always your biggest asset, even if your building is dilapidated, they by far, will place your business where it needs to be. The food was great for breakfast as were the chai's. We never experienced a dinner during our stay, perhaps next time. We were unable to mirror our iPhone to the TV to watch our programs eg Netflix, Apple - thought this may have been a simple thing.
