Amazing room! Sleek, modern design throughout, central air con worked wonders and comfortable beds. Large covered balcony, with table and chairs, away from the road noise of the main road. The room was very well appointed and had a full kitchen with all the necessities to prepare and cook meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean up. TV had Foxtel for endless entertainment, wifi was strong, fast and not limited. With a great cafe on the bottom floor and a small mall beside, it made everything that much easier. Staff went above and beyond, helping us with a late booking, a short notice extension and a short notice cancelation as Cyclone Alfred changed our plans quickly.

We stayed as a group of 6 colleagues in 4 apartments. Exceptional apartments, friendly service and great systems to access, check in and check out. Courteous message left reminding check out procedures. Ability to contact staff 24/7. You felt as tho they cared about your stay which is so appreciated as a busy person working non stop. Very nice layout of apartments, easy to connect phone to TV and balcony off lounge area. Proper hairdryers are fantastic! Apartments right next to a small shopping village. Also great that the double appartments offered queen beds in each room as opposed to single beds. Lovely walk in robes with lots of cupboard space.

Coffee shop downstairs was exceptional and super friendly staff. My only wish is the coffee shop was open at 6am or that there was coffee pod machines in the apartments. I did find another coffee shop nearby open early however on weekdays. Problem with no hot water on one morning meaning I couldn't shower for work but staff moved to fix it immediately and it was soon working. Would have loved a fan on the ceiling of bedrooms but temperature was managed well by reverse cycle air con.

It was quite a generously sized 1 bed apartment on a quiet street with undercover parking, and walking distance to the major shopping centre

It was a bit of a surprise to find, when we got the check-in information, that we weren't staying in the building that features in all the photos on Booking.com, but staying in another building altogether which was about 400 meters further down the street. It was a nice enough place to stay, but I can't help feel a little annoyed that it's not mentioned anywhere that I saw in the Booking.com ad.

Easily located, booking, self check in and check out was easy and came with great communication through booking.com Fresh crispy white linen and beautifully clean apartment furniture with a tv in the kids room- which was great for the kids. Dishwasher, washing machine and Dryer are always a must with families and it was super helpful to have it all. We would definitely book again.

Next time I would ask for clearer instructions on how to use the convection microwave.

I was in the second property across the road. There were only 4 apartments and they had been renovated or built to an exceptional, modern standard. Very stylish and comfortable. Loved the fact that being ground floor I could open up the windows and sliding door to the courtyard and sit outside and have fresh air. Johnathan and Theresa (onsite Managers) were extremely helpful too.

A coffee pod machine would be the only thing that could have improved the apartment! 😊

The apartments were lovely and very modern, had everything we needed for our sporting trip. Also had great service from the staff when we needed to store our bags, really appreciated the assistance with them on checkout!

Not the hotels fault unit the winds were very loud on the top floor! Other than that they were super quiet and warm on the other not so windy nights!

Beautifully clean apartments, including all the hallways and lift. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, big kitchens. Very quiet at all times. Excellent central location. Plenty of parking.

Could have done with a few more utensils (e.g. scissors), cutlery and crockery in the kitchen, and more dishwasher tabs. It would also have been really helpful to have a screen door on the balcony - So often we wanted to have the door open, and turn the air conditioning off, but the number of mozzies and other bugs made this impossible, which was a great shame.

Was very happy with all facets of the booking. The location was a little further away from where we thought it was but overall it was a great stay. Room & facilities were spotless and all in good working order. Staff were great and the morning coffee and breakfast downstairs in the cafe were worth getting out of bed a little earlier for.

We had a double booking which is proving difficult to refund but it is nothing to do with the property and all to do with booking.com UPDATE : booking.com has now provided a full refund so all is good in the world again.

The place was nice and new. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Location was very good. Fully functioning kitchen Large fridge and cooking

I had to send a photo copy of my identity (licence) via non secure channels (sensitive personal information) and when mentioning my concerns to the manager they in no way responded to them. Booking is supposed to be secure via booking.com but these people reduced that security severely. The living area of the unit was not private as there were no blinds in 2 large door ways and the blinds they have are see through from the outside. The bedroom was nice and large but they chose to install a queen instead of a King.

It was very nice, only downside was the beds was a little hard for me and the guest accompanied me. Other then that not a complaint what so ever. Very handy little cafe with wonderful food attached to ground floor. Will definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. And possibly will be booking to stay there again somewhere in the near future. Also felt very home like with having a fridge, stove, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine which was all contained in the one apartment. Holiday apartment A+++ thanks heaps.
