We loved the space we had for 2 bedroom, the beds were comfy, loved that there was a heater! It was clean. We were happy that there was extra parking space for my parents. The smart TV was great to have. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied and would stay again and/or recommend.

The pillows were tough! All four of us had a slightly difficult sleep, solely because of the pillows. Too thick and/or too tough. Just a soft one from Kmart would be much better. All of our necks were hurting. This was it though - everything else was great. But if I were to come back, I would definitely bring my own pillow if I knew they were going to be the same.

The room was super clean. One bedroom was separated by a sliding petition door. Even though we had a room facing the top of the range, there was no traffic noise that bothered us day or night. On arrival there are 2 complimentary bottles of water. This is a once off for your stay but it is a nice touch. The rooms are serviced daily. Fresh milk provided daily for tea and coffee. This was a nice alternative to the normal UHT milk. The balcony was a nice size. We did not eat here as the restaurant closed too early for us however the menu had all your favourites and the prices were very reasonable compared to the prices you pay at venues in town. Well worth checking out the food options. As the motel name suggests it is at the top of the range. There is a service station with a night owl convenience store across the road for all you essentials. There is a Woolworths within a 3mins drive. It was about a 30mins walk 2.7km into town. We walked in and out during the day but uber'd back at night. Walking back does involve an incline. The bed was super comfy. The air con worked a treat and kept us nice and warm. The room contains a kitchenette and you have the basics to cook a meal. The manager is friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. We would not hesitate in recommending this motel to other travellers.

There was no colander to drain the cooked pasta we had for dinner. Other than that everything was great.

The room was a good size with all the necessary facilities. Plenty of power points and very good wifi. The bed was comfortable. Everywhere is clean and tidy and fresh. The motel is very handy for the city. The staff are great on reception and the cleaners. The price is about right.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The bacon was greasy and a bit tasteless and cardboardy. Maybe it gets cooked then left for a while? There is a constant hiss of traffic which can't be helped due to the location. I should mention that when the windows are closed at night the traffic noise is pretty well cut out. A bar is advertised, and is one of the reasons we chose the motel, but was closed when we went to use it to wind down socially after a day's walking - 6pm on Sunday.

This place is great, the reception staff were in contact prior to arrival with all the check in information I needed and when I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. The rooms are more like little apartments in a village, I was travelling alone & felt completely safe in the complex. The room was very spacious & clean. The bathroom was also spacious with a huge benchtop & plenty off hanging places for towels etc. The room service menu had so much variety & I had room service a few times for dinner because it was so good. If I am travelling to Toowoomba again, I wont be staying anywhere else. Eastgate on the Range was great

The facilities were great, cleanliness and layout was very comfortable. Housekeeping were professional and efficient. Front counter lady was lovely and welcoming All the amenities for us to make food and eat in. We had great views from our room, we stayed in #5 and watched the sunrise, was so beautiful. You can access your Netflix, Stan subs too, whilst relaxing. Showering amenities were perfect for them brisk mornings. Outside our room was grass and concrete area for our 7 year old daughter to ride her scooter and play. I would definitely stay again when we visit Toowoomba! Honestly none. I'm queit fussy when it comes to accomodation, but this met and exceeded out expectations.

Location was good! We selected a king bed room, so that made our stay more comfortable, the room was clean and water pressure in shower was fantastic!

Overall the stay was great! The only thing I would add is, it could have been a touch more light blocking, the curtains need updating to extend further beyond the window frame, using a simple block out curtain, this would give the room more light filtering. Not a big issue, but I do love a nice dark room.

We got a good deal on Booking.com for our king size room. One of the nicest Motels we have stayed in. The room was extremely clean, spacious & very comfortable, it didnt feel like a regular motel room which we liked. The bathroom was so spacious which adds to the comfort. we really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely go back at some point. Room service was a bonus for dinner & breakfast & priced very well. The bed was also very comfortable. All in all a very enjoyable stay. We look forward to staying & exploring more of Toowoomba next time.

There was nothing to dislike.

We had an unexpected stay in Toowoomba due to the cyclone while moving from Melbourne to the GC for work, and we were very grateful to have found this little gem for a comfortable, safe overnight stay. The room had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer so that we could clean our clothes that got soaked in the rain, beds were comfy, and reception staff were lovely. It was exactly what we needed.

Nothing. For the price it was perfect.

The room was very spacious, extremely clean & well presented. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Loved room service, my meal was delicious, my steak was perfectly cooked. A great menu selection (food & wine). Staff were efficient & welcoming. It's an attractive property, the grounds were very well maintained. Very good value for money.

The room itself was reasonably quiet, however traffic noise up and down the range (trucks in particular) did impact. I would have preferred to open the door & allow fresh air in rather than use the air con as much. The aircon was also rather noisy & being an older unit I was unable to adjust/lower the fan speed & reduce the noise. Everything in the room was very functional but the decor was a some what aged e.g. cabinetry & the bathroom. Shear curtain hem at the front door was held in place with a paperclip. When this came off the curtain the hem dragged on the floor & potentially needs repair as it may cause a guest to trip on it. (had meant to mention it on my departure)

This is our second stay at Eastgate on the Range in Toowoomba, and we will continue to stay there each time we visit Toowoomba. The staff go out of their way to accommodate any request, the rooms are well presented with extremely comfortable beds, and cleanliness is exceptional and very well laid out, we had a 2-bedroom apartment last time which I preferred, with more room, but we were only there overnight, the first stay was for 5 days. We shall stay at Eastgate on the Range again Thank You, Liz Goller
