The renovated room was fabulous. Could not fault it. The King bed was perfect,as was the bathroom,so thankyou.

It’s a shame tho, that we weren’t notified that the bar and bistro were closed due to renovations,as we had planned to dine in. However it was only a short walk to an alternative dining option. At 2am, the young fellow staying next door,banged loudly nonstop for about 10 mins to get let in,which he wasn’t, so left cursing and swearing. People have a right to smoke outside should they choose to do so, but there were many cigarettes butts littered around not far from our door.

The beds are very comfy and I didn't feel itchy so far. I get itchy to beds if there are too many dust or bed bugs. But it was a nice bed. Pretty clean and quiet room. Well insulated. Very convenient and close to Grand Central shops. I love the location and accessibility of the place. I am glad it is close to the parking because it is hard to be far from the parking or use stairs when you have kids. Good for kids. I love that it has big double beds.

I love that it has a spa bath, but it is not functional though. I couldn't be bothered to ask anymore but I love private spa bath or even just a simple bath tub. I like having a good hot bath every night and that is something we wanna utilise when we travel. That is a just minor issues but overall good.

We had fantastic stay at the Shamrock, rooms are newly renovated and are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and all the expected amenities like tea, coffee, milk and even bickies close at hand. Room had a huge brand new Philips Smart TV (At least 40”+)mounted on the wall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I travel with an accredited Service Dog, even though it wasn’t listed as dog friendly, the Shamrock were very accommodating, and let me know by email that everything was ok with my booking. The location is very good walking distance to the city centre and shopping centre. I highly recommend the Shamrock Hotel Motel. Next time I’m in Toowoomba, I will definitely be staying at the Shamrock Hotel Motel again. Thanks Again. AAA+++

The motel is attached to a working pub, so there were often groups of patrons outside smoking in vicinity of the gaming room entrance. This might give guests a reason not to walk through the car park particularly at night.

Great little place to stay. Easy check-in...the female staff member was lovely. Close proximity to everything. Sheets were so white & clean.

The cleanliness was ok...someone had gone to the toilet & did not flush. Sink taps are old & grimey. A light would be good on the bathroom mirror for women to put their make-up on. A shelf near the sink would be good to put toiletries on. Bathroom needs an up-date. Fridge has rust on the front & inside on the top rack & needs to be painted Carpet has a few dried crusty white stains on it near the left side of the bed and I could feel it under my feet. Need a screen on one of the windows ( left side) as flies were coming in. All this is minor although I would pay alot more per night if the rooms were updated.

The newly renovated rooms, the king bed was very comfortable and the shower was massive. Great size TV and plenty of room in the room to move around.

Totally understand that the pub is being renovated, just wish we had of known beforehand as after a long drive we really didn’t feel like going out again. We did decide to order on UberEats but was limited to what we could order as the room didn’t have any plates or cutlery to eat say Thai for example

Coming back after our event, our tight little spot was taken, although I was able to park 50 odd metres away, but still onsite. Hotel representative was unapologetic..”unfortunately, parking is limited, and at a premium”, or words to that effect. Room was top notch, very modern, looked to be recently refurbished or built. Rooms in Towoomba were scarce that night, we were lucky to score that expensive but luxurious room.

Excellent facilities which include spacious modern room, quality comfortable beds, an excellent modern television and WiFi, spotless modern bathroom with very generously sized shower and more than ample supplies - all obviously very carefully and thoughtfully planned where the patron's comfort was paramount. Congratulations and many thanks to all involved at the Shamrock Hotel.

My wife has said that she would like to have access to a hair dryer, a microwave and an extra suitcase stand.

The staff were so incredibly great!! They looked after us so well! They gave makeup wipes. I have never been to a property that has provided these and it was great! They let us check in a couple hours early

There was no door on the shower which made the floor really wet. They also only offered 1 bath mat. Without the door there they really should have offered more floor mats to soak up the water. The bathroom was also dirty (grime due to age).

Easy to find and to park. Very quiet in the rooms. Loved the new shower! And lovely basin unit/top.

Ceiling Lighting appeared very dim - also the bedside light nearest the window only turned on from underneath at the wall socket. What I thought was the light switch doesn’t appear to work.I had a Zoom meeting in the morning and there was no light above the desk so I was in the dark!

Everything was great! We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room I believe and the beds were super comfy, the pillows were nice and fluffy and the shower was the best we've ever been in. Plenty of space in the room for bags and clothes. The staff were super accomodating. We came back late after the food and wine festival and were able to get extra tea and coffee for that night. Parking was easy. All of us have stayed in Toowoomba at other places a number of times but we would definitely stay here again as first preference!

We couldn't manage to connect to the TV but this was a very minor issue since we watched Youtube movies instead. It easily could've been my phone.
