Friendly staff, room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location with public transport nearby and close to hospital. Lovely decor. Comfortable bedding and lounge. TVs well appointed. Convenience store only a short walk away. Very large room and separate living space. Comfortable and large bed and pillows. Beautiful art work. Onsite manager very kind and friendly. Chose to stay another night and manager moved other bookings so we could stay in the same room. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I requested a ground floor unit as I have a disability. I’m not sure though that the staff knew my reason for requesting a ground floor unit and it was a last minute booking with a late check in after reception was closed. The stairs are steep and hard to navigate with my disability. Not an issue though if you are healthy. I didn’t ask for a change of room as we had to be off to appointments early the next morning and we had already set up. Thankfully we had a wonderfully kind taxi driver who carried all our luggage upstairs for myself and my daughter.

The size of the apartment was bigger than I originally thought. Pretty impressed. One of the best Motels in Toowoomba. Value for money for sure, the friendliest staff I've ever come across as well. Very welcoming and very pleasant! Would stay there again in the near future.

The only minor setback (and I do mean minor) I guess was the spa bath. Don't get me wrong - it was a very nice spa bath - but on this occasion, it wasn't operating as a "spa bath" via the written document that was on the wall.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and light and airy rooms. We had one night of 5 degrees but were toasty warm and didn't even need to turn on heat. Furnishings were lovely and new, and the beds were super comfy with extra pillows etc. Kitchenette was excellent for our needs. Toni was friendly at reception and super helpful, checking in with us as we were travelling with elderly parents. We would definitely stay here again.... highly recommend!!

Nothing to not like.

Nice central location. Lots of places to eat nearby. A very spacious set up with kitchenette, lounge , bedroom and ensuite bathroom. A fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster so you can prepare basic meals if needed. Staff were really helpful.and friendly.

We had an upstairs room and the stairs were quite steep.

Cooked our own breakfast Only saw office staff on arrival- never again.

I tried to ask cleaners for extra rubbish bags but unable to achieve a result or bags. Tried visiting the office several times but not manned. The bedroom was very hot and all cooling was confined to lounge room. Parking was very difficult and the spaces ( originally designed for sedans) were being used by large 4wD utes which made reversing out of our park difficult. One guest damaged their car whilst trying to manoeuvre into a spot.

The reception staff was extremely friendly. She helped out my family and even though we had a last minute addition to our family she was more than happy to accommodate us. I would come back just for her generosity and smiles.. The room was clean, tidy and the facilities were great. Nice restaurant is right next door to us too.

Good location, generous, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful hosts. Good water pressure, lovely bed, nice linen. Easy walk to basic shops or to the golf club for meals.

The only negative was the noise transfer between rooms. The TV next door, which was finally switched off only to be replaced the occupant snoring, made for a very poor sleep! Such a shame as other than that it’s really fantastic!

It was extremely pleasant and the staff were lovely. On seeing we were in our 70s, the receptionist didn’t hesitate to change our room to one downstairs, without our asking. It was much appreciated. There were two rooms plus a bathroom. TVs in both rooms. Loads of room. Cutlery and crockery. Really exceptional!

It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Gardens were well maintained and reception area was welcoming. I would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

stepping in and out of bath to open or close the window. no security screens on the ground level and faces 2 busy streets. there was limited kitchen utensils and no bowls to use in the microwave etc.
