Friendly staff, room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location with public transport nearby and close to hospital. Lovely decor. Comfortable bedding and lounge. TVs well appointed. Convenience store only a short walk away. Very large room and separate living space. Comfortable and large bed and pillows. Beautiful art work. Onsite manager very kind and friendly. Chose to stay another night and manager moved other bookings so we could stay in the same room. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I requested a ground floor unit as I have a disability. I’m not sure though that the staff knew my reason for requesting a ground floor unit and it was a last minute booking with a late check in after reception was closed. The stairs are steep and hard to navigate with my disability. Not an issue though if you are healthy. I didn’t ask for a change of room as we had to be off to appointments early the next morning and we had already set up. Thankfully we had a wonderfully kind taxi driver who carried all our luggage upstairs for myself and my daughter.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and light and airy rooms. We had one night of 5 degrees but were toasty warm and didn't even need to turn on heat. Furnishings were lovely and new, and the beds were super comfy with extra pillows etc. Kitchenette was excellent for our needs. Toni was friendly at reception and super helpful, checking in with us as we were travelling with elderly parents. We would definitely stay here again.... highly recommend!!

Nothing to not like.

Cooked our own breakfast Only saw office staff on arrival- never again.

I tried to ask cleaners for extra rubbish bags but unable to achieve a result or bags. Tried visiting the office several times but not manned. The bedroom was very hot and all cooling was confined to lounge room. Parking was very difficult and the spaces ( originally designed for sedans) were being used by large 4wD utes which made reversing out of our park difficult. One guest damaged their car whilst trying to manoeuvre into a spot.

Good location, generous, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful hosts. Good water pressure, lovely bed, nice linen. Easy walk to basic shops or to the golf club for meals.

The only negative was the noise transfer between rooms. The TV next door, which was finally switched off only to be replaced the occupant snoring, made for a very poor sleep! Such a shame as other than that it’s really fantastic!

It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Gardens were well maintained and reception area was welcoming. I would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

stepping in and out of bath to open or close the window. no security screens on the ground level and faces 2 busy streets. there was limited kitchen utensils and no bowls to use in the microwave etc.

Everything about the Villa Nova was great! Maxine always greeted us with a smile and so helpful too! I love that they don't have little plastic sample bottles of toiletries, so good for the environment!

Toilet roll was wrapped in plastic, they could maybe try sourcing from Who Gives A Crap, they individually wrap the rolls too, but it is in paper and not plastic ;)

On the Saturday morning the lounge TV played up, couldn't get it to stay on a channel, just keep running through the channel, feel it may be a remote issue. It wasn't a major issue to us, as we were flying back to Townsville that afternoon and we were concerned about the weather. Also, both the TV's in the bedrooms came up with "No Signal".

Lovely and clean, nice separate lounge/dining area with door to close off bedroom area. Two Televisions! Nice to have one in the bedroom as well as lounge room. Good location - can walk to City Golf Club for meals. Quiet rooms even though they are next to main road.

Probably just being on the upper level as stairs difficult for myself as an older person.

the lovely lady who I think manages or owns the motel was so good. We turned up a few hours before check-in time and just wanted to ask if we could store our stuff there and go exploring Toowoomba until it was 2PM check in time. The wonderful lady said we could check in now as the room was ready. we were so happy. she also told us about the City Golf Club which has a good lunch and she was 100% correct. free to join the club also and get a few bucks off for lunch prices which are already good value. the lovely lady also told us about the awesome Chinese restaurant right next door to the Motel. Also about the secret path straight from the motel to the restaurant and we loved dinner there too. the lovely lady who I think owns the property and also her staff are very good and they are proud of the motel. it shows. the Motel is simply awesome. thank you. we were 3 old friends riding motorcycles on a 2,000km trip together and this motel was good to stay at.
