I booked a room for 1 person with 1 double bed but I ended up with a room that had 2 single beds and a double bed all for myself. Very happy indeed.Very clean and tidy.Had cutlery and plates and bowls as well.Bathroom was a great size as well and the windows had black paint or tint on windows for blackout windows which is really good in Qld because the sun comes up at 5am.

I had 3 bugs in room,1 was a big fly and 2 were other bugs.Fly spray would be a great addition to the room for this as I had to use my hairspray to kill them.

I had a lovely stay at this motel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable visit. The owner was absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. The motel itself was quiet, providing a peaceful night’s sleep, and the parking was easy and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stopover.

Nice big room that was clean and had everything needed for our two nights in Toowoomba. The shower was good and hot with the bathroom a good size. Our one full day in Toowoomba was unfortunately cold and raining so having the car under cover was a bonus. It was also walking distance to take away shops.

The only thing was, I had trouble getting the full size kettle under the bathroom sink tap for water.

size of room was fabulous. Very comfortable. Love the fact that there was a mini kitchen in it with a good size fridge

Room appeared clean until I dropped something behind the bed. I doubt it has been cleaned behind there for sometime. Bed was firm how I like it. I would have preferred another blanket though. Shower could do with a proper deep clean. Freezer in fridge all frosted over

The property was clean and comfortable and a good size. It had everything that we needed and more. Beds comfortable. Huge bathroom. Well set out. The staff very accommodating especially when asked to help with a parking issue. Close to everything you need, hospital, shops, restaurants etc.

The parking areas are very small however not a major issue.

The room was cozy and met our needs and requirements. It was quiet, despite being on a busy highway. The bed was comfortable and the sheets perfectly clean. The air conditioning, refrigerator, toaster and electric jug worked well. The shower temperature was just right. We appreciated having this overnight stay near our destination.

There were no restaurants or cafes within walking distance.

Location as well as I liked getting a text around 11.30/12 to tell me I could check in and get the key from a key safe. We didn't have to wait till 2pm. Easy peasy. We checked in luggage and then went shopping without having to have luggage in car at the shopping centre. It was good to let ourselves in early.

Booked in online 5 mins before arriving. Reception was very welcoming. Room was clean and everything we needed at hand. Found a lovely pool but unfortunately was too late to take a dip. Very happy with our stay

No smoking anywhere. I understand not in rooms or near other guests, but not providing an ashtray or area is discriminatory as smoking is legal.

Good sized room, fridge worked well, air con worked well great location

The exhaust fan in bathroom was filthy, and all skirtings dirty, mould in shower should be cleaned. We asked for a room at the rear of the property and were placed in room 7 near the road (with road noise).

A friendly, clean and comfortable motel/room. Quiet, despite being near what appears to be a busy road. Adequate amenities were located in the room. Adequate parking. And, the motel was located, in walking distance, near various fast food outlets. A pleasant stay. If I have to stop in Toowoomba again, I would select this motel to do so.
