The management team were very welcoming and inviting. The complimentary self-serve breakfast with so many options for my picky children was the highlight of our trip.. It was the perfect location for everything we had planned for the weekend.

There was nothing that we didn't like we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well stocked with hand wash, shampoo and body wash dispensers as well as plates, cutlery, mugs and glassware. The pillows were very comfortable. All the appliances in the room worked, although they were showing some wear and tear. Breakfast was good. They offered toast, cereal, pancakes, hot drinks, juice and guests help themselves. The location was very handy for my needs and the room was very affordable.

The rooms were showing some age and the bathroom window had no flywire screen so I felt uncomfortable opening the bathroom window. The air-conditioning unit took a while to cool the room down and only works when you are actually in the room. It was sufficient for my needs though as I was in the room for almost all of my stay.

We had a hospital appointment and we live well outside the Toowoomba area, the convenience of location was perfect for our needs, parking was excellent, service was amazing and staff were very considerate and caring. As I am a little disabled I found the room to have ample room, and the bathroom facilities were excellent and very clean, Thank you to a great team.

The couch was a little uncomfortable but we made it work, and as I am a little disabled I could not use the higher chairs at the counter. All of the furniture was in very good order.

Right from when I entered Nui was so friendly and welcoming. The room was basic with soft bed, lounge chair, Smart TV, Air Con, ensuite bathroom, tea, coffee & biscuits. The facility has a BBQ area and clean swimming pool. Breakfast in the morning was superb cereals, toast, pancakes, juices & hot drinks. Well worth the one night stay. The managers are so friendly and always looking to improve the place. They only recently took charge and are making constant improvements to make the place better. They deserve our support. This motel may have a 3 star rating, but don’t let that deter you. Our room was very clean, crisp sheets and the bed was comfortable. By the looks of things, the whole building is having an enormous makeover. Our room had certainly been makeover. A lot of love is being put back into the business. I can only recommend that you give this a go. And for the price, you can’t go wrong. Pankcake in breakfast is great and lots of other options in breakfast. Staff is really helpful and they greet us as a family. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Owners and staff were lovely, motel was well maintained and offered a free self serve breakfast, gardens were beautiful, and Motel was handy to Hospital were we were visiting a family member. Owner went in detail showing best directions to gain access to the Hospital, and searched for a local shopping complex for us to deal with Optus regarding a mobile phone, could not ask for better assistance.

Unlike many other places we have stayed, where kettle was black inside, storm water down pipes ran through the closet, there was nothing to complain about here, Owners are doing a great job in upgrading this motel, including new beds,

The manager was very accommodating and easy to speak with. The place was easy to locate. In the reception, despite the busyness in keeping the inn with customers checking out, they responded quickly when I rang the bell for check in. They also offer self-service check ins and check outs for the after-hour customers. The complimentary breakfast and yummy pancakes were a good surprise. It helped the customers get their day started right with coffee and some continental breakfast.

There's a bit of dust around which triggered my allergy. But nothing that's not manageable.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. We requested late check-in and management send us detailed text with room map and car spot and they were the only who allowed us in after 9pm as our plan changed to stay back in toowoomba for flower festival,they made way easy for us. The room was clean and bright. Morning breakfast with hot pancakes was another good service they have. New management doing great job. They are doing few changes in jacaranda motel. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

Amazing service We stayed in queen room. Nice , clean, comfortable place to stay 100% we recommend to everyone to stay and give new management a chance. Complimentary break is the best option they have in motel, our kids love pancake. Close to all shops and so many food places on the walking distance around the motel. Late check in kiosk is really good option they have at the reception. we will definitely come back again for the stay👌👍🏻

These guys are amazing. I booked room bit late and they went above any beyond. They let us in after hours as other motels were closed or they were not taking walk-in after 8pm. They sent us brief instructions for check-in with room map to make easy for us. Heaters and lights were on and even gave me their washing powder. Honestly best customer service I have seen in a long time. Thanks so much! Complimentary Breakfast is other best thing they have, we really loved pancakes. Room was clean and tidy and homely as well.
