Close to park and town centre. Good sized room on ground floor

Lack of power point near bed meant we needed to buy an extension cord for CPAP machine to run. Talking to manager on day of checkout she did indicate we could have borrowed one from reception but in our haste we raced to Bunnings and got one. Lack of broad tv reception - a problem for much of the area not just this motel Trees/hedge/shrubs in car park meant no space to easily get from car to room. Need to be trimmed far smaller or removed Motel is very old and needs a complete overhall but it was adequate for our stay

This Motor Inn is situated in a beautiful location, directly over the road from Queen's Park, which is beautifully maintained huge park area. The room was very comfortable with everything you require to be self sufficient ie; kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery & crockery, complimentary biscuits. There is a pool at the premises and a restaurant. We didn't use these as we were restricted for time as we were running the Half Marathon, with the start line directly out front which suited us perfectly.

Nothing, other than I did notice some creaking pipes throughout the night.

Have stayed here for the past couple of years for Rugby, coming down on behalf of NT Rugby Referees. Has always been an enjoyable stay. This time I brought my family for a holiday to see the Carnival of Flowers. I didn't hesitate to book a room with you guys. And as always, the stay was awesome. To see the work that the whole team do to make sure the place is beautifully kept, both inside the rooms around the whole place, you should be extremely pleased with the results. I will always stay with you guys, whether that be with the ongoing Rugby trips we have planned into the future, or with my family, who are already keen to stay here again.

There is absolutely nothing to say here at all. Who wouldn't like this place.

From the moment we arrived and the welcoming greeting we received, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay at the Park Motor Inn. The room was spacious, very clean and airy. We did not use the AC during our stay. All the amenities advertised were there for which we were delightfully surprised, as this has not been our experience in other Australian motels where we have stayed. Upon arrival we were given fresh milk for our tea and coffee, a pleasant change from UHT milk capsules. The teas and coffee provided were of good quality and most importantly, fresh. The bathroom was well designed/equiped with very hot hater and excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed/sleeping area was exceptionally comfortable with good bedside lighting and tables, as well as, good quality linen on the bed and pillows. The Inn area is very quiet at night with no traffic noise or any other intrusive noise from surrounding rooms. For us, the location was perfect, as we were attending a concert in Queens Park, which is directly opposite the Park Motor Inn in Margaret Street. There is ample onsite parking and we were able to park directly outside our front door. Our stay at the Park Motor Inn has restored our faith in Staying in Australian motels as we have had some very bad experiences along the eastern seaboard of Australia. We highly recommend staying at the Park Motor Inn.

Absolutely nothing!!

Funny enough after seeing so many reviews hating on the retro bathrooms that’s actually the reason why I booked and have also booked here in the past I love the retro bathrooms u could actually lean right into it and turn this place into a really cool retro motel, I did love where the place is situated also close to town and across the road from queens park which is stunning!

The breakfast menu way over priced for a bowl of cearel and some toast which was all that was offered food wise

The location, opposite Queen's Park, with the floral displays, was excellent. There were a few cafe's, and a restaurant, within an easy walking distance. The room was quiet and had a table with two chairs. The milk was supplied in a small bottle, so much easy than those mini cartons.

We were caught by surprise that there were no power-points beside the beds, therefore we could not plug in the CPAP machine. The parking spaces were standard size but as the place was full and many vehicles were large, parking was tight and awkward.

Certainly the Park Motor In is not a shiny new motel but what it lacks in shiny new furniture, it more than makes up for in value, hospitality and service. Conveniently located walking distance to the city centre, major park and hospital, this is a great place to rest your weary head after a day of work or a day on the road. As mentioned, the rooms, appliances and furniture are not new but are functional and do everything that you require. Arriving late... no problem Departing early and need an invoice emailed... no problem Plus..... The rooms are so quiet at night. The air con and fridge do nothing to disturb the peace at all. Great value Great location Great sleep Great service

My only regret was leaving before I could try the breakfast. If reception was open longer, I might have met the staff but this was not a problem as they left the ley out for me and I was able to drop the key back before opening time.

Park Lodge has a great location opposite Queen's Park and is just a few minutes walk away from the central area of Toowoomba. The room was great - nice, spacious and clean with everything I needed. It's a straightforward motel room, but it was very comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...and intend on doing so again soon!

There was nothing I didn't like - everything was as I expected and I had pleasant and comfortable stay here. This hotel will be go-to for Toowoomba from now on.

Location Beautiful setting and close to park, cousins home and local shops and cafes. Loved the wide tree lined street. Staff very friendly and my room was very clean. I loved the opportunity to have a swim in the clean pool.

Outdated and ‘tired’ . Kettle didn’t work on 2nd morning but I found out it was an electrical glitch. I had not requested a ground floor room so found it a little difficult climbing the stairs as I have leg health issues

After we checked out reception rang to let me know I had left a container of strawberries in the fridge. I really appreciated that. We were also able to leave our car in the car park while we went to coffee with our family, which was great for us The shower rose was the best we have had ever. The bed was comfortable.

There was nothing to comment on. Maybe the bathrooms were a little tired looking, but in saying that they were perfectly adequate.
