Convenient central location (eg. close to Margaret St shops/restaurants, walking distance to the grand central shopping centre or Queens Park) and easy walk from the bus terminal (direct to/from Brisbane airport). Free wifi. Apartment had small cooktop and fridge as well as cooking/eating utensils. Double-sized shower with amazing hot water and good stream. Large room and plenty of storage - lots of cupboards and shelves in two different sets of mirrored wardrobes plus bedside drawers. Small desk with chair that had amazing sunlight and a window that opened to fresh air. Fan as well as A/C for climate control. Just needed a place where I could spread my things out and have easy access to facilities - and this answered my needs. Would stay again.

Dated appearance inside - corroded metal fixtures, peeling paint, worn carpet (but these are cosmetic rather than functional issues). The kettle was stored on the top shelf in the cupboard - I was barely able to reach it on my tiptoes (would be better placed on the counter or a lower shelf for easy access). Note that the rooms are only serviced every 4 days but not on weekends - I hadn't appreciated this (although it was written on the welcome information that I only scanned).

I was very impressed with the receptionist who asked her boss where the nearest EV charger was. It turned out to be in the hotel car park next door. I was really grateful to have this information as finding charging stations is the bane of an EV owners life. I always stay in the Central Plaza Apartment hotel because of the excellently equipped units and comfortable beds, and central location.

Location is excellent - within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Very large balcony. Very large unit - plenty of room to spread out. Really lovely staff

Car parking is ok - took awhile to find a park that we could use. Awkward turn at boom gate. Bathroom is huge but very small vanity. Shower screens could do with an upgrade. Balcony is massive but rubbish left on it

Clean, comfortable, walk thru robe to roomy bathroom & shower. Good living/ kitchen space for a 3 bedroom apartment. Walk to Empire theatre, restaurants, cafes etc.

Roll away bed had very thin mattress- too hard- young person slept on lounge. That extra cost wasted! Time to replace these with modern comfortable roll aways please.

Facilities were clean and good - gym, pool, BBQ area. Spacious rooms. Great view. Comfy beds. Central to shops, restaurants, bars

Recommend facility upgrade. Furnishings were old & worn. Curtains perishing. Bathrooms in need of an upgrade. Fans & lights were faulty. No screens on windows. Broken handle on washing machine.

Well-priced hotel in a great location in the centre of town, and with free parking. The staff were very friendly and checkin was easy. I chose this place because of the mini kitchen - great for wine, beer and nibbles and for cooking breakfast.

Not deal-breakers, but not having a frying pan (there was apparently supposed to be one) made cooking our bacon & eggs in saucepans a bit messy. Couldn’t control the air conditioner temperature. But we still had a very comfortable stay.

The location is easy walking distance from shops & tourist sites.

The apartment is showing its age. Furniture showing wear & tear , coffee table chiped tv very small legs on table marked. Shower over bath no hand rails for safety. Difficult for older person to use. Water leak in cupboard under hand basin in bathroom.

If your going to Toowoomba for Business or relaxation this is the place to stay. Right in the heart of Toowoomba with everything from a comfortable room, central to eateries and event centre. No need to drive anywhere all in a short walking distances.

I liked the apartment, spacious, very convenient and close to food shops as well as shopping centre. Clean facility and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay

No aircons in the bedrooms, only in the main area. 2/3 of the fan remote batteries were not working. The couches are due for replacement as the plether looked scabby. Wish they had an information booklet in the apartment showcasing things to do and eat around Towoomba.

Easy to access, great that there was on site parking and the location was great as we walked to the theatre and to the main shopping area. The bed was comfortable and the little kitchenette was a great extra. Nice big shower too.

The position of the microwave was quite low - bumped my head on the door handle when accessing it.
