The location of these apartments is fantastic and the complimentary parking is great. The apartment was very modern and the balcony very spacious. Loved it and will be back!

We arrived and did not know how to check in. After phoning the number I had it was very easy. Apparently my mobile was not on file. Fair enough but how about send an email? The washer/dryer didn’t work properly. Clothes didn’t dry and had to have the place looking like a laundry with makeshift clotheslines everywhere. A clotheshorse would be appreciated - not everything can be put in the dryer anyway. When the apartment is so great the small things really stand out - no tongs or scissors was a bit of a bother.

The location was great! It was close by to everything and the fact there was a stellarossa right down below and as well as a chemist in the building was handy. Not even a 5 min drive to the big shopping centre. The place was beautiful and looked very new. Plus it was super easy to contact the staff and they were very accommodating especially when wanting to stay another night, would definitely reccomend!!

Only thing was that the door handle to the bathroom was almost falling off, makeup stains on the towel. Just a couple of little things really, would be good if they had an instruction book for when checking out.

Amazing stay! My partner and I came up to celebrate our anniversary. The apartment was absolutely incredible, fully stocked kitchen, very spacious with a great view from the fourth floor. Staff were always reachable and responsive (including getting towels changed). No funny business with the TV's, you can plug in a HDMI for consoles or your laptop. Central climate control worked very well and you could have the entire apartment as warm or as cool as you wanted. Free underground secured parking was easy to access, and check in and out was via a lockbox which was very much hassle free. Incredible surprise - the gym that we get access to is to the full size brand new commercial gym downstairs (just have to pick up a tag from the lockbox) which is by far the best fitness facility we have ever experienced in a hotel. Laundry powder, dishwashing fluid all provided. Thank you very much to the team!

Great location Well laid out apartment Clean and spacious with almost all the necessary requirements Contact checkin and checkout was convenient and instructions were easy to understand We had an early checkin which was wonderful.

The pillows were a little hard. The couch looked a bit tired and worn. As has been stated in many previous reviews, 2 face washers need to be included in each bathroom as my husband and I only had 1 and so did the other couple.

Spacious apartment with comfortable bed.

The housekeeping in some of the apartments was poor. We had five apartments booked in total for the family. One fridge had not been cleared of food. Another did not have garbage cleared of old food. One did not have a bath mat and towel in one bathroom. One did not have the clothes airer to hang out washing. This gave a poor impression of generally lovely apartments.

Spacious apartment, everything clean, fresh, and well maintained. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. We loved the decor, comfortable couch and beds. Even though the apartments are situated on a main road, the sound proofing works perfectly. We had a peaceful night and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay! Our only difficulty was finding our way in. There is no reception, and the entry was a little bit hard to see. We rang the phone number for Inspire, and then a friendly person patiently gave us the codes required to enter the foyer and get our swipe key. After that our stay was straight forward and a real pleasure.

Good location and nice east-facing view (from 4th floor). Clean and neat 2 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen. On site secure parking. Walking distance to shops.

Check in was a but hit-miss. We received no email or instructions before hand. Fortunately, we met someone in the car park who advised us to call the booking number to receive the door code to get into the foyer, which then gave access to the key safe for the key to the apartment.

Good size 2 bed apartment with balcony, well equipped kitchen and private free parking. The staff were excellent to liaise with and provided an additional key very quickly (no reception on site) and communicated with regards to the malfunctioning car park roller door.

We were on level 2 and were woken up before 7am by the music (beats) coming from one of the businesses below (likely the fitness centre).

The apartment was a good size for 2 couples sharing. Bathrooms and kitchen excellent. Parking secure.

The sofa in the living room is quite uncomfortable probably due to age. The noise from a fan on the roof of a neighbouring building is quite intrusive during the night. It cuts in and out constantly.

Location was good, the unit was spacious with plenty of room. It was well equiped with everything you wanted.

We had requested to be on same floor, as our other relatives staying there, four rooms were on the fourth floor and we were on the second floor. Just meant every time we wanted to get together or go to one of their rooms, someone had to come and meet us and take us to the room.
