Location was very convenient for our purposes. Busy restaurant with generous meals. Bonus welcome drink. Good wine list. Very generous room size. And great bathroom shower. Quiet surroundings.

We attempted to check in at 2.50pm but the office was closed. Had to divert to the gaming lounge of the hotel proper. Although this was competently handled, it was a little disconcerting as the starting time for checking in was advised as 2.00pm. Possibly a staffing issue and the fact it was a Saturday contributed. Venue fronts a main thoroughfare. Approach to property requires planning.

Close to everything. Big room. Quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to go to the bar next door to request plates and cutlery for the room. Not too difficult to do, just unusual. Could have a small shelf or bench to hold your clean clothes in the bathroom when showering. Had to put them on the floor. Otherwise all good.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains gave a good quality sleep. Spacious room. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a small fridge. Central, quiet location.

Smell of bleach was quite strong on entering the room. Maybe some air freshener would help this. Bathroom tap needed a new washer, but reported this to Reception.

Great value accommodation. Drink voucher on arrival which I never seen to use. Friendly staff and easy check in at the gaming counter and opportunity to take gambler snacks. Large, well appointed room with nice smelling toiletries. Bottled water in fridge.

would have been good to have a microwave in the room - although could have asked for one I believe. would have been good to have a movie Chanel or Foxtel. otherwise the room was very good value for money

The size f the unit exceeded expectations. It was clean and suited our party well.

We arrived at 4.40 pm Friday afternoon and had to go over to the hotel to check in, which took some time waiting around until the manager was located to book us in.

Location was great, driving distance to main shopping areas. Great dining area next door, a great place to meet friends. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and friendly service for an enjoyable breakfast. Have stayed before and will again.

Location is excellent as the Federal Hotel is next door. It made it easy to meet our relatives. Also the beds are very comfortable 😌

No microwave in the room. If we wanted a microwave we had to ask reception.

Work for us from the point we were after 2 separate beds. Handy that it’s right next door to a hotel with reasonable meals.

As it an older property the plumbing sound from other rooms was quite noisy at night till about 11 pm.

not impressed to find out I paid $220 through booking .com and it was $159 at the motel won't be using booking.com again.
