The location was perfect and very close to the golf club itself which has great dining. The one bedroom unit which I stayed in was beautiful and overlooked the golf course. It was totally self-contained and extremely comfortable, especially the bed. It was like a home away from home and extremely spacious which I was not expecting. The staff were all lovely and very kind. I will be staying there again as I really enjoyed my stay, despite my trip to hospital in the ambulance.🤣 excellent location as far as the hospital was concerned and the ambulance arrived very quickly.

Only one very slight issue I had was that I have arthritis in my fingers and I had difficulty in squeezing the bottle which contained hand wash. Everything else was perfect.

The room was very large and I particularly appreciated the space in the bathroom. In most hotel rooms, it’s an intelligence test to work out how to make the television work so I appreciated the detailed instructions that were positioned so they could easily be accessed. The beds were comfortable and fitted with high quality linen. A variety of pillows were available, hot water was plentiful, the towels were thick, soft and as white as fluffy clouds and there was an ample supply. Having an iron and board in a full wardrobe with hanging space was also a bonus. Some of the bathroom fittings were showing wear and tear but the toiletries supplied were plentiful and positioned to allow easy access. Having a free Uber ride back to the hotel from the golf club was most appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Have stayed here several times and I always extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a motel stay. Great location. I often recommend this motel to friends.

This stay was disappointing unfortunately due to my room having a stale cigarette smell. The lovely girls at reception were able to give me another room which seemed to be fine. However when I turned heating on (ducted) the smell was very apparent again. Clearly someone had been smoking in a room and the stale smell has carried through the air con/ heating. Pretty disappointed in that. I will rebook another stay at some time and hopefully the issue is solved. Hard to comprehend that guests would smoke in house in this day and age especially as the outdoor area is in abundance.

Lovely staff, especially the head lady who managed the cleaners. Our room was ready early, so we were most grateful for an early checkin. Very quiet despite being on a busy main road.

The car parking situation when returning at night time was very difficult. Honestly I don't know why the carparks are not allocated. We had my sister with a disability staying with us and to have no available carpark on the premises, or the very last one that is hemmed in by two enormous oversized tradie vehicles with their side mirrors protruding into that park, it's very difficult and shouldn't be like that. Wifi not great at peak times.

Location was great, walking distance to heaps of food options plus we loved that we would walk to the golf club (which was really nice and reasonably priced as well as great cocktails!) and the mini golf and driving range. The room was really nice, styled very modern and we loved the sitting area adjacent the bed and tv. We got the romance package (the spa suite was booked out but the staff applied the package to our room) and it exceeded all expectations. It well worth the money and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Allocated parking would have been good, we didn’t really have an issue parking though. More so when you are carrying luggage it would be good to have a park outside your unit.

We were very comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. Great balcony and the gardens were extremely well kept. great environment and the free ubers to the golf club both ways were such a bonus. It was a nice walk, not too long if we wanted to walk.

Air freshener would be good for the loo. and extra power point on the bench top for the kettle. Also only mirrors in the bathroom, another in the room would have been good.

Amazing space- great outlook onto the golf course. Recently renovated, the facilities are clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, with thick sheets and new bedding. Opening windows, with scurity screens and blinds was so wonderful to have the option of natural air rather than air con all the time. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, smart TV. Walking distance to shops, cafes, golf, mini golf etc

It would be nice to have allocated parking as we stayed for new years eve and there were guests who had visitors taking up parking spaces. We went out to get food and it was hard to get a park after. This would only really be an issue for events like NYE.

The room was a good size with a kitchen and laundry facilities. It was comfortable for two people. We enjoyed having a small balcony overlooking the golf course. We had a nice view which was peaceful and quiet.

The parking was terrible. We never knew where we were going to park when we got home each day. We have a sedan, but most of the vehicles these days are like small trucks and take up all the space allocated.

Clean and modern room in a great central location. It was perfect for my husband’s and my overnight stay in Toowoomba. Really liked the balcony that overlooks the golf course.Perfect

The rooms are not sound-proof and we had some people in the room next door talking quite loudly until after midnight which made sleeping difficult. The unallocated parking is also somewhat annoying.

Everything except the stairs due to having lung cancer and bone cancer it was hard to do. But everything about this property is beautiful. The rooms are clean, nice kitchen area, nice lounge area. And the Queen bed was lovely to sleep on.

I like everything about this property. Just struggling with getting up the stairs. Not sure if there is somewhere I can ask for no stairs please?
