Plenty of room, lots of cupboard space, well-supplied kitchen (they even had a teapot - yay!), real milk in the tidy fridge, big screen tv, powerful airconditioner that was greatly appreciated up till bedtime, and everything was working. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, which is very important. The Inn is getting old, nothing is fancy, but everything was nice.

The car parks were very small and tight, and needed care for parking. Getting to Reception for checking in is at the top of 2 flights of outside stairs, which would not be good for some, and dropping off the room key required another climb up the stairs. I would suggest a Key Drop Box on the ground level, at least.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed to move to a larger room on arrival offering the family apartment which was perfect for what I needed. Although the building is old and shows its age, the unit was very clean and had the everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very thankful for the electric blanket on the bed which was the best in the cold nights. Would stay here again when next in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have an electric blanket on the bed as I there in winter and to be able to warm the room after being outdoors all day at a hockey tournament was a big plus. The proximity to the hockey field was a 5-7 minute drive.

The room was large and the separate sitting room was fabulous. I was very excited to find the bed had an electric blanket. It had everything I needed and will definitely be putting this on my 'will stay again" list.

I would have like the glass sliding door to have a full blind, two panels were missing. I didn't feel like the glass sliding door locked securely enough.

Room was quite comfortable and well worth the money, could easily stay for a week in a room like that.

The pillows were very flat and not very comfortable, I actually brought myself a pillow while in Toowoomba so I could sleep more comfortably the last night.

location was great, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, on arrival we were greeted like old friends. Bed was very comfortable.

still unsure what noise was, sounded like a helicopter at first, went all night, may have been aircon from another unit, kept us awake throughout the night.

The staff were very helpful, we called to see if we were able to check in early and Toni was only to happy to help with this request. The room was very clean, inviting, and had everything we needed for a home away from home :) The bed was warm and comfortable and the TV was a good size 😊

Bathroom is a bit outdated. But didn’t affect the stay :)

The 2 bedroom family unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a big screen TV, bath tub and a pool which were great for the kids. Undercover parking was spacious and easy to access. Friendly staff who checked in if everything was fine.

Washing machine in the unit wasn't working. However, there was a common washing machine and laundry available for use, which was helpful.

Plenty of room for a family of 5, great location if you are staying for hockey, going to the races or just touring around.

Its a little bit older but that adds to the charm of the place.

We always stay here. The units are really big with all the amenities of home. They are such value for money in being able to relax in comfort without being cramped.

We are prepared to overlook the age of the place for all the other positive things it has to offer. Thank you.
