I had a lovely stay at Sunray Motor Inn. The spacious room was squeaky clean and smelt wonderful. The bed was super comfy. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was spot on. There was a kettle, toaster and microwave in my room which was very handy. The towels in the bathroom smelt nice and were very soft. Considering the location of the motel was on a busy road and opposite the aerodrome, I wasn’t bothered by any excessive noise in my room. I’ll definitely be staying at Sun Ray again.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I was doing a rush visit to see my parents and I needed a place to stay with my dog. They were extremely accommodating, I booked the wrong type of room due to some confusion on booking.com and they shuffled everything around for me and made sure I had a good stay. Rooms were clean and large, with a large modern bathroom. Appreciated the fenced dog area out the back.

Not much to complain about, rooms don't have much of a view but I didn't expect one! Wifi was a bit too slow for work, but I was happy to hotspot and at least they do include free wifi.

wifi seemed but weak this visit but have been able to use it ok on previous occasions. Toiletries provided were perfectly adequate but we’ve maybe been spoilt by other motels that use large wall mounted dispensers of toiletries.

The rooms were bigger than I was expecting, really clean and the staff were super friendly. Parking was super comfortable (I hate car parks) and the beds were comfier than some of the more expensive hotels in the area I have stayed at. Great value for money! We will be frequently staying in future for our pending hospital trips. Uber eats also delivered the goods with no issues.

Karen was wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Having to go to Toowoomba for a hospital visit and being able to take our dogs made it so much easier. They had a great yard to play out the back and it’s just down the road from two gorgeous off leash dog parks.

Room was lovely and clean and well appointed. Bathroom was really lovely - especially the shower.

Parking was a bit ordinary but everyone seems to manage ok. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was but realise it is a very busy time in Toowoomba with Carnival of Flowers.

Spacious rooms and nicely landscaped surrounds. Able to book another night in the same room.

Located next to Toowoomba airport meant occasional light aircraft flying over motel at low altitude. Nearest shops and restaurants about two kilometers walk away at Wilsonton shopping center.

Karen was polite & courteous. Traveling with our 2 canine babies can sometime be difficult to find pet friendly accommodation. No such problem here. Very clean & great Air conditioning. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very clean room, easy to find and convenient stop over while passing through Toowoomba. Well equipped for a short stay.

It would be great if there was a bit more soundproofing or seal around the doors & windows. We heard a lot of road noise and noise from others coming & going.

The room and bathroom was exceptional. Close to Wilsonton shopping area with both suoer markets, pub, bistro and a few eateries

Limited places outside to relax, besides the small pool area. No common room, lounge area or dining room.
