The unit was clean and spacious with all the little touches that make a stay that much easier. Staff were friendly & very helpful. It was nice to have a comfy chair to sit in after a long drive.

Our room was modern with everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Our room had a queen bed and a single. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets, and small cartons of long life milk were provided. No usb ports, but the desk lamp had a phone recharge place. The shower size and hot water pressure were great, with wall mounted toiletries. It was a self cater room but we didn’t need this. It was a good position in the northern suburbs of Toowoomba, over the road from a scenic view pub. The host was welcoming.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at North Point Motel Apartments! The cleanliness was exceptional – everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in keeping the rooms immaculate truly stood out. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made a lasting impression and made us feel valued as a guest. We highly recommend North Point Motel Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. We’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

We have mobility issues and were pleased to see that the bathroom and toilet facilities were very suitable for people with disabilities. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, though the room was rather small. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return if looking for accommodation in Toowoomba again.

The seating board for disabled people in the shower area wasn't completely spotless. It really needs to be perfectly clean. The room was a little small for two people with walkers. Though no body's fault, the toilet blocked up on our final morning. We notified the management.

Rooms were a good size clean and tidy, comfortable beds, there was a lounge and a chair also a small desk and chair full kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff when we arrived.

There was a wedding across the road and obviously the bride was getting ready in the hotel, which is fine, but they had their wedding cars parked in the middle of the parking area. When I tried to get to my room to park the guests told me I had to go around, the bride was not even ready. They were there for over an hour, making it difficult for not only me but other hotel guests.

Neat and tidy rooms. Comfortable bed and a great little kitchenette to be self-sufficient if needed. Lovely owners.

Housekeeping entering the room at 8:30am while we were still in bed. This was a mix up/miscommunication which we understand. Location is a bit out of the way for dining options. We did go over to the Blue Mountain Hotel, which would have been perfect, however there was a function, and the bar was booked out.
