Nice hotel, but older. So the air conditioner was extremely loud, but it worked fine. Wonderful hot shower, with good pressure. It is worth noting that it has a Large hob to step over. The managers - who are new- were fabulous! My shower was dripping - they fixed it asap. The TV netflix service stopped working - they fixed it immediately. Nothing is a problem: friendly and genuinely helpful and lovely! It should be noted that there is NO daily service. But if you need anything - just ask at the reception. There was netfix movies , not the whole gammit, but plenty. Was absolutely fine to stay at for a few nights - comfortable, absolutely spotless, and close to where I needed to be, so the location was excellent for convenience.

My room was very close to the road, so it was quite noisy. If possible, ask for a room down the back and I think it would be quiet. Parking space a bit tight but is outside your room. The airconditioner was extremely loud. The shampoo supplied was in a little sachet which I could not open- I would recommend bringing your own. no conditioner. The hotel is very very close to the local foodworks, so I just grabbed some shampoo/conditioner

The location was great as it was close to our family who live in the town it’s self.

Location very quiet at night. Staff great and friendly. Supermarket and small shops just a short walk away. Easy entrance and exit to highway. Rooms had everything we needed, and the water pressure in the shower is awesome! The manager was very helpful as we need to alter our length of stay, fixed in no time, Thanks.

Maybe instructions of how to use TV for those of us that are not tech savvy!

Everything presented as clean and tidy, both in the unit and the grounds outside as well! The staff were very pleasant and helpful which made my stay that little bit more enjoyable.

Comfortable low-cost option conveniently located on the main street of Oakey. Clean and comfortable, had a great sleep. Normally stay in Toowoomba whilst working in Oakey, this was a short notice option which worked out very well. Thank you
