Kelly's is right on edge of the town centre, so everything was within walking distance (Pool, library, corner takeaway, chinese restaurant, RSL, etc) or less then 2-5 minutes drive (Foodworks/IGA, train station, Army/Airforce base), which worked well with keeping my 11yo occupied. We were very glad of the reverse cycle air con, we arrived in time for a cold snap and had -3 temps on the first 2 days. Both the lady on reception & the housekeeping lady were absolutely lovely, we had a great stay overall.

Our room didn't have the best access to the free wifi, it was ok for the smaller stuff (Facebook, google, etc) but was a little slow for the zoom call I had to make (I had about a 4 second delay in my image, which was amusing at least).

The property was clean, had easy access and very quiet.

Trivial I know but no tea bags or coffee satchels just a couple of tiny packets of sugar, I had forgotten to bring my own, it was after 7pm when I noticed so the office was closed, on checking the room booklet any contact with the office after 7 was strictly only if an emergency, I figured my cup of tea didn’t fit into that category, surely it doesn’t take much to provide a couple of tea bags.

Great location and very comfortable room for 4 of us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and kitchen were very clean.

Great motel , the room was huge and everything was clean and so well presented . Beds were super comfortable. Walking distance to RSL ( as recommended and we were not disappointed!!). And order the room service breakfast servings were HUGE and kept us going all day for a very reasonable price.

Nothing everything was great

Left early, no breakfast. Location was great close to town centre. My partner Kym checked in while i was at the Speedway and said the gentleman that checked her in was very courteous and helpful. Room and bed was very comfortable and Kym loves the sink being outside the entry to the bathroom.

All staff were excellent very friendly with good choice for breakfast and parking right outside room, shame more motel staff could not be as welcoming

Either closer to cafes etc. for evening meals or an idea of where to go, Oakey as we found is not over supplied with eateries

Reception was very friendly & helpful on arrival our room was spotless clean, comfortable bed & large hot shower which was great after our long drive. Thanks will stay again

Nothing,just be careful checking in, they get grumpy if you leave door to reception open so dog gets out.

Noisy aircon and a could hear a phone ringing from an adjacent room every morning around 230 am

Breakfast was great value for money, staff were so polite, rooms were a bit small but great value for money beds were comfy, would stay again.
